Been a customer of Arctic Circle fast food restaurants for over 40 years! This was not the best experience and they really changed the fish and chips recipe. Wish we could say it's for the better but that would be untruthful. The service also was not on par with other locations and over the years. This location needs either better management or owners. I hope that this review is taken seriously and things improve. I'll give it another chance down the road but for now Culver's is winning in all categories over a local, was, favorite.

Ordered two hamburgers and a chicken wrap at the drive through. What I received felt less like a meal and more like a cautionary tale about packaging engineering. Everything arrived lukewarm. Not warm, not cool, just… temperature-confused. Like the food was stuck in a midlife crisis and couldn’t decide what it wanted to be.
The burgers? Flavor was fine. The wrap? Also fine. But every item came loosely wrapped, sliding apart like they’d just finished a rollercoaster and needed therapy. Imagine assembling IKEA furniture, except the instructions are printed on a soggy napkin and you’re really hungry.
Look, I ate the food, it was “fine.” But if you’re going to charge real money for real food, I’d like it delivered with some structural integrity, and at a temperature that doesn’t scream “left on a counter too long.”
Not a terrible meal. Just not one I’ll remember for the right reasons.

Cindy did a marvelous job welcoming us into the restaurant. Service was prompt and extremely clean. Cindy was attentive and friendly.

I ordered the taco salad and the lettuce is brown and old, I ordered it with extra ranch and they hardly gave me any, I ordered it with crispy chicken and got grilled chicken instead. Pretty disappointing experience.

I usually love this place and the service is always ind and respectful! But today I came and a person ca.e out with almost no ice cream and when we ask to pay for more he started to yell at us very up set and he was the manager.

I don't get the food here, although the chicken tenders are pretty good, and the fries might be the best fast food fries around. The ice cream is excellent, though. I go for ice cream with my daughter pretty frequently.
Consistency is a little off but none the less we love this place. The shapes/malts are awesome. The staff is always friendly. Thanks guys for being there to assist with my sweet tooth.

Pulled up to the drive through window. There was three cars ahead of me. It took the guy 15 minutes to take my order. Then another 15 to get my shake. The older gentleman at the window was passive aggressive. I get it’s hard times but this just isn’t a location that’s good anymore unfortunately

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but the service was so terrible. We arrived as a family with 3 little kids at this Arctic Circle around 6pm on a Tuesday. The drive thru had 3 cars in it, but when we went inside to order there was no one in line at the lobby cash register. I waited at the register for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged by either of the employees. They both passed the cash register multiple times without saying “hello” or “I’ll be with you in just a minute.” After 15 minutes of waiting for them to take my order I finally said something to them. I was kind and simply asked “would you be able to take my order?” The man snapped at me and said in a very aggressive tone “if you could just give me a few seconds. I’m busy here.” I told him I had been waiting to place an order with no one in front of me for over 15 minutes, but neither employee had acknowledged me.” He responded that he saw me there, but I should have been able to tell he was busy doing other things. He then rolled his eyes and turned his back on me and still did not take my order. The woman coworker standing next to him began to talk about me with me still standing there waiting to order. After waiting that long and their rude interactions I took my family and went elsewhere. I would not recommend and unfortunately, will not be back.

I went through the drive thru and the man running it was so unbelievably rude, i went up to the window to pay and after i paid he went to close the window immediately after handing me my food but i asked for sauce he reopened it and cut me off saying it’s in the bag then slammed the window shut, this doesn’t include how rude he was while i was ordering my food. but the food tastes fine
