I went through the drive thru and the man running it was so unbelievably rude, i went up to the window to pay and after i paid he went to close the window immediately after handing me my food but i asked for sauce he reopened it and cut me off saying it’s in the bag then slammed the window shut, this doesn’t include how rude he was while i was ordering my food. but the food tastes fine

My Montana people know the deal — Arctic Circle was a childhood staple, and I just stumbled on one here in St. George! 🔥 I haven’t had this in over 15 years, and wow... it still SLAPS.
Burgers were just like I remembered, the fry sauce hits, and the vibes took me straight back. Super friendly staff, fast service, and that old-school feel I didn’t even realize I missed.
This was a full-on nostalgia trip, and I’m here for it. Definitely worth the stop if you grew up on this like I did! 🍔🍟💯

When the girl looked me in the eye, 1 minute before the lobby closed, as I am struggling across the parking lot on a cane, and locked the door, it's pretty maddening. I was towing a trailer and couldn't use the drive-thru.

We walked in and obviously they were having an issue with their card machines. So I asked if we needed to go somewhere else and the poor girl working the counter had no clue as Mr Googley eyes manager was walking back and forth not saying anything. So we went through the drive through. Had no issues. It's fine to have stuff go down but communication is key.

Waited like 20 minutes in the drive thru… crazy for a fast food place. They try to trap u in their drive thru, be careful when you back out of it cuz they are too slow.

Sadly I have to give 3 stars instead of 5. The ladies, just two of them, were holding it down!! And still busting out their products and ice cream fast!! Had a whole lobby of people waiting and never got discouraged or rude with any of us. They truly kick butt. Unfortunately, I did get extremely sick so food is 1 star. I have a feeling it was their ice cream that day because I got the blue monster shake and all I saw in my toilet on 3 different occasions was blue…from both ends…anyways 5 stars for the service!!! 1 star for the ice cream, PLEASE CHECK YOUR TAYLOR MACHINES JUST IN CASE LADIES. Besides that you guys rock and I’ll try to come by again in the future
Tasty food. Combo meals under $10. Baconburger was very flavorful--Angus beef. Their fries are very good. Plus they have their own special dipping sauce for fries.

I've given this Arctic Circle a few chances before coming to this review. Recently this Arctic Circle has been neglected.
There is nearly always a wait, regardless of the amount of people at the restaurant.
The staff doesn't feel very willing to help or make much of an effort to do their job.
Even the food recently has had an old, stale taste.
This restaurant is in need of a re-staff, deep clean, and a fresh set of incentives.
