I've given this Arctic Circle a few chances before coming to this review. Recently this Arctic Circle has been neglected.
There is nearly always a wait, regardless of the amount of people at the restaurant.
The staff doesn't feel very willing to help or make much of an effort to do their job.
Even the food recently has had an old, stale taste.
This restaurant is in need of a re-staff, deep clean, and a fresh set of incentives.

Girl running the drive thru cut me off mid sentence and closed the window and I was nothing but nice. There was no one behind me idk why the girls that work here are alwayss so ghetto and gross.

2 of us went thru the drive-through. It was hot that day. 104*. I walk with a walker. As hot as it was, i didn't want to try to go inside. We only wanted an ice cream cone. There is only 1 car in front of us. No one behind us. We were asked to wait to order. 3 minutes go by. We asked if we could order now. Emp. seemed surprised. "Oh! Oh! Yes. Yes. What can I get for you?" We ordered, went to the window. Another 3 or more minutes goes by. We're ready to drive away w/o paying or ice cream. Emp. opens window, still seeming to be totally confused. Asked if we paid yet? "No." We pay. Another wait. Finally, after sitting in the car for over 10 minutes, we got our ice cream! Maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. We, of course, have no idea what was going on inside. Emp. seemed hurried and frazzled. Everyone or business has bad days. I'll give Arctic Circle another chance. Their food is good. I want to continue to eat there.

They seemed to be struggling. There were two girls taking orders and one did not look comfortable doing it. The burgers we ordered were still a little pink in the middle. I had a mushroom swiss burger and could have used a fork, it was very wet and messy to eat.

I'm sorry I came it took forever to get my food even though they were dead the manager just sat in the office and the new person just struggled their way through. I came in a couple weeks ago and it's just bothered me since so I decided to finally say something. Do better you're supposed to be a staple in this community. I won't be back and I see why you were so dead now.

? Be aware they are removing reviews they don't like I've seen several from so many people in the last few weeks have all been removed. Depending on who's cooking food it's decent, most staff are great, the management is trash
