The folks and food at Arctic Circle are superb. Major props for not charging an arm and a leg for a meal while still using good quality ingredients. To make matters even better, their employees are consistently engaged, friendly, and offer top-tier service. This last trip's superstars were Brooke, Mark, and Andy. If you've not been here in a while, you should give them another shot!

Ever since Matthew the manager left, the service has been very poor. I've been coming here for several years and always had a great experience, but whoever the new manager is must not be very competent because I've had 2 very negative experiences with order accuracy and timeliness over the past 3 weeks and there can't be any other excuse. The crew says they are not being properly staffed. That's another management problem. I hope you get another good manager in there because with things the way are now, I don't plan to come back. Very disappointed.

You spend 40$ on very average food and have to pay $.30 per fry sauce! (Crazy) this location seems to have gone down hill over the past few months. Keep driving past it and go to Freddy’s instead!

Didn’t get my order right and they just threw everything in the bag the worker didn’t even ask if we needed anything before walking away (I’ve worked at an Arctic circle before) and they took forever to even take our payment

The food is okay. I definitely don't get their burgers, but their chicken tenders do the job. Fries and ice cream are great, play area is a bonus.

I’ve come here a couple times to get some food and everything exceeds my expectations, they are very fast and prompt to attend me and make sure my every need is taken care of.
