Worst place to get coffee or shop for a book.Kids are running rampant and very disrespectful loude takes forever to get your order. Definitely.Won't be coming back to this starbucks

Fall in line to get a mango dragon fruit refresher. Took 15mins before i get mine. I asked for less ice coz i have mild sore throat they made it and it was pale and looked like water down pink drink. But also over flowing with ice. I said less ice! Then they made another one, with 4 small bits of dragon fruit!! Its really a disappointing experience. The manager said thats all they have left. Well they could have said that ahead and not give an attitude after they have made mistakes. Customer service is not of starbucks standards at all. If you guys want to stay in business just do it right. Not even excellent just put an effort to do the job right.

The two girls working today 1/14 @2pm have really bad customer service, dont take their job serious,and very rude you can’t customize a drink because they will give you a really bad look trough the process of making your drink and pretty much laugh in your face and with the staff,(i can hear them mumbling and talking about my drink and laughing really! What barista does that )i love starbucks and order 4x’s a week and always Tip my baristas because their the best to make you a great drink and start your day with a delicious drink but this girls deserve Nothing!! i will not come here ever again go to any other starbucks with real baristas but not this one that will specialized your drink in any way that you want it and enjoy!

Once you order and pay employees don’t care about customer service. Problem with your drink, you’re ignored and treated in a very dismissive and rude way. I don’t write reviews but I had to. I went on Wednesday and ordered an eggnog latte they had on a board and I thought I came with what it said on the board. Cold foam and some flavoring instead I got a plain eggnog worst drink I’ve had at a Starbucks. The employees could have been a bit more polite and helpful. I’ve never experienced service like that at a Starbucks ?

Tried buying a book, went to the only visible counter where 2 employees chatting away and was told I need to check out in an unmarked corner. I go and stand in line and the worker at the check out is just having a casual conversation with the customer in the front of the line. After a few minutes and not 1 customer served I decided to leave and not make a purchase. As I left 4 workers were then at the customer service counter chatting away. Waste of money on 5 workers that aren't working.

Same layout as all Barnes and Noble Cafes but wanted to say Jenna is an amazing worker! I was working from the coffee shop and she greeted every customer with so much enthusiasm, remembered customer’s names and orders and took the time to make sure every guest felt welcomed. Easy to see how much she cares about her job! ⭐️

Came for coffee while family looking in bookstore. Employee hiding behind sign not interested in job. No coffee made told me to wait. Waited while she proceeds to make a bland cup of coffee. Did not even call to say it is done. Get staff that is actually interested in the job!
