I recently visited BR with my children. The ice cream at this place is good, but I was really disappointed when I ordered a sundae. I noticed that the scoop size was way smaller than when you just order a regular scoop. It’s like they change the rules for scoops when you get a sundae, and that’s not cool. A scoop should be a scoop no matter what you order! They should tell you if the size is going to be different before you order a sundae. Felt like I was getting less than I paid for. A two scoop is 6.19 and I got a three scoop sundae and paid 2.00 more and I got less ice cream than my children that got two scoops. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Went into Baskin-Robbin’s twice this weekend in the evening. The crew working were so fun and great!! They laughed with us when our Polynesian dad didn’t know how to say “Daiquiri” and he thought it was a Ghetto name from the hood and not a 31 flavor. He enjoyed it even though the kids thought it tasted like an Expo Marker ? they all were such a treat!! Thanks for making our weekend fun! Great store, great atmosphere but most of all Amazing workers!!

I looked online to find contact info for a manager or owner but could not find anything so here I go. My family and I love Baskin Robbins! It's our go to ice cream place. We went here today to get some ice cream. Everything was great! The two young men were very kind and prompt with their service. I was so impressed I left a tip at checkout. Wish that the story ended there. Two of my kids ordered cookies and cream milk shakes. Both of them at the same time said that the milkshake tasted fruity. My wife and I tried it as well and it didn't taste right. Something must have been on the scoop or left in the blended because there was definitely a different taste. We figured it would be no problem to get them redone but we were wrong. They said that the items were clean before they used them. I'm sure things aren't cleaned perfectly Everytime. Instead of solving our problem with new ones they said that we were in the wrong. I feel like this is an opportunity to train your staff. I'm gutted that I left a tip for ice cream that my kids didn't enjoy. Hopefully next time a customer has a legit complaint and asks very politely and respectively we can be treated the right way.

Friendly and bubbly staff that were attentive and hardworking. I enjoyed the marigold dreamsicle flavour, it was very unique and had an exotic flowery aftertaste that was quite refreshing. I will highly recommend this place for families as there is seating inside and outside as well. My wife enjoyed herself and browsing the extensive selection of ice cream cakes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and accessible parking lot.
Bought an ice cream cake (6-8 servings) . . . The icing is not the real one that B-R uses! Instead it's a cheap knock off.Then to make matters worse, the cake in it was really bad tasting ? like moldy freezer burn!Sorely appointed.

Terrible costumer service. Went with a big group, spent $50, even left a $10 tip. Asked a water cup and they wanted 50 cents! Wow! It’s not the money, it’s the principle of it all.
