Literally waited 10+ minutes I was first in line. Drive through. I specifically stated “white” mocha with peppermint. Got plain mocha no peppermint. I’ve had this issue with this location multiple times.

I would give no stars to the store. Ordered food from here and threw it all up within the next minutes. I contact the store and they claimed someone would reach out. Week went by and no one contacted me so I called them again. First of all, I was lied to or mislead to think I would get a call back from someone. Second, when I called it took them 3mins for their “boss” to answer the phone. Third, the “boss” was very smart with me from the start and was rude. I was trying to get a refund for an order that caused me to be sick and the man was giving me a hard time. This is unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location or any beans and brews. I will not recommend this place as the food made me sick, no help or refund offered from their manager, over priced and overall rude customer service. Do not go here if you want to waste money on food items that you will throw up within the next 15mins. Do not go here if you want rude and unwanted frustration from their customer service. I am disgusted with the service and food I had at this location. Very upsetting. Fire that man! I cannot believe you would allow a guy like that work as the main boss and be rude to the customers.

Coffee and customer service were great. However cashier would not accept United States currency. Buyer beware. I couldn't buy my family breakfast. They had to buy me breakfast using their credit card.

First time visiting here. The cashier was very nice, took her recommendation and got the Pumpkin Spice Mocha. Very good. Service was quick and the store was clean.

Everytime I order at the drive through I can barely hear the employees, the speaker box is really low/too quiet. It’s hard to hear the employees recite what I ordered. The turkey pesto sandwich never gets toasted enough which is disappointing.

I ordered cappuccino medium size and I got 16oz full to the edges or watery drink.. That’s not a cappuccino of medium size! Also they made my croissant sandwich flat and greasy ,in pictures shows a fluffy croissant I got a half inch tall with a hint of bacon and cheese. I paid and didn’t say a word, but I won’t be back.

Love the coffee and the vibe. They keep it a little warmer inside this store than I’d like during the summer, but maybe it’s to save on operating costs during times when they aren’t as busy?

I got a croissant sandwich that looked like roadkill! What’s the point of getting the croissant if you’re gonna smash the heck out of it?? definitely not what I thought I had ordered by looking at the picture on the menu.🥹
When I paid with my credit card it demands a tip.
The only option is other to type in zero. Really slows down the process. I always tip with cash.

The beans and brews at this location (by Smiths) is incredible. The ambiance, the feel, warm colors are all very inviting. The food is good and drinks are also great. Staff is where this location really shines. From the Manager to the Line Staff, everyone is friendly and open and it really sets the tone for the vibes internally. A real oasis in the desert . I only hope that they are being paid well to keep them around!
