Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

Buyer beware. I have been getting coffee here for some time now. I got a receipt the last time and saw a $3.00 tip was added without my consent. I wonder how long this has been going on and how many people don’t get a receipt that don’t realize the tip was added.

Follow up; the cost of my coffee was refunded. Thank you for responding. I hope the person that did this was fired because they basically stole from me by taking money from my account.

Google said you were open until 9:00 today. We drove up from Mesquite and got there at 6:45 and they were closed. Probably should change those hours so people do not waste their time.

I love beans and brews so much and have been coming for years, new boy worker at the drive through is always so unfriendly and short, I always tip everywhere I go and he loses that tip every time😭still love yall tho

I came in early one morning as I had an order and waited a good 5+ minutes for someone to attend to the counter. I was literally the only one there. Mind you I have never been there before. I saw the sign for grub hub or the delivery services but the "to go" orders for customers were very close to the wall and I did happen to miss them. It was early, dark and I was interested in seeing if they had any other available goodies. After the attendant came to the counter I was rudely greeted as if I pulled her away from her phone scrolling session in the back to be informed that I should of just went to get my order off the counter without bothering her. The cold brew tasted like yesterday's drip recycled, the breakfast burritos were ok.

i’ve been coming to beans and brews for years and it used to be my favorite place to go. well that is absolutely nottt the case now it has became extremely run down!! the service is absolutely criminal, no manners what so ever!! and this has been every single time i’ve gone there in the past year i was hoping it would get on the right track again but im proven wrong again and again. not to mention the drinks taste like sewer water now. whatever yall are doin… plz stop doing it

We are regular customer . beans & brews is my favorites coffeehouse.hot mrs’b alway my favorite.but now the taste was been changed and they did not make it full . Also the Mrs’B taste like strawberry . You can see the picture.they ave pink color on the lip . So disappointed.

Frozen Mr. B's is always great but I hate that all coffee shops now shove the tip request in your face each time.

Whoever own this place, please go in there and fix your employees. The ice mocha is no longer taste the same the last few time I went in there
It’s tasteless now. Awful flavor!!!! Used to be my fave’s coffee place. Not Anymore. Drinks are so different and disgusting nowadays on this location only

Way better than starbucks. Too bad it's not that famous yet cuz it deserve it ! The taste for the quantity and the price..... GO TO them ! Plus it's a Utah brand....

Sam absolutely saved my day! He was patient and funny when my toddlers were throwing all their demands at me, and made sure we had sucker's/napkins!

I just was there this morning and ordered an everything bagel and was given an English muffin. They could’ve just told me they were out.dishonest and then asked for a tip after purposely giving me the wrong item.
