Bella Marie's Pizzeria & Restautant

My family and I ate here recently and loved the food. There were 10 of us, so we were happy that the restaurant was large enough to accommodate us. The menu had a wide variety of pizza where you can get specials or build your own. It also has other options of various Italian dishes. All of the ingredients were good quality and the pizza was NY style brick oven, made fresh. It was delicious. I will definitely go back again.

Tried to make a reservation for a business dinner. The man who owns the place was very polite and pleasant, but when his wife called me, she had a thick accent and was not fluent in English. This wouldn't have been a problem if she wasn't also was rude, demeaning, and talked down to me. I explained what I needed simply, just one space for 20 people, on a day, at a time. The extremely frustrating phone call lasted almost 10 minutes of her explaining all of the options to me including a patio option. The dinner is scheduled for the winter so I asked her if that would be outside and cold, I was met with a very abrupt and rude response, and she asked me "have you ever even been to Bella's?" in the end there was one room that made sense to use for the size of the party, so the very long options she went through were not needed at all. Almost everything she said to me sounded annoyed, as if I was a problem to be calling trying to give her restaurant my company's business. She also (unprompted) asked if I needed a microphone and projector when talking about each room, and then said I would need to bring one after I answered yes. This was frustrating because the way she worded it sounded like it was a service they could provide and then talked down to me when I asked if they did provide it. I ended the phone call after her last rude remark because it was not worth trying to talk to this lady. When I hung up, I told her it was because of her communication and ended the call as I heard her ask why. This is why. I suggest that the owners of this establishment get consultation from someone who can teach them how to communicate to customers over the phone. Her tone and language choice might have been due to a language barrier and just needs improvement, or maybe someone else needs to handle phone calls. then, this woman had the audacity to message me on my private number and say “ We have a different set up and a decorated special private room that’s different from other places. Our food is of good quality. We understand you haven’t been to our place so providing answers and information to questions would help us both. We suggest you need some patience as you seemed to be stressed out. Thank you. Good luck.” I will be letting my company know not to eat here again and not to bring our future clients here.

We went there for dinner last week and everything was perfection. The ambiance is so lovely, it really makes you feel like you're in a cozy Italian cafe. The food is AMAZING, this was our second time dining there and has been great both times. The pasta is fresh + flavorful, and the desserts (tiramisu and lemon cake) were so so so delicious. Our server (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) was super attentive and friendly. One of our favorite spots for sure, can't wait to be back!

The food was delicious in and the atmosphere was cozy, but we waited over 45 minutes for two pizzas. Definitely delicious, but the wait was off-putting.

I’m okay paying a little extra for decent pasta. But paying $0.85 (less than a dollar) for a small crust of bread on the side tells me they also value it to be low and should be free. This is table stakes for Italian restaurants.

Delicious meal, you can tell everything is made from scratch, you can taste the love in the food. Service was excellent. I will totally recommend it, they carefully select their ingredients and care for every part of the process to make sure you get the perfect meal. Thank you so much

The staff make you feel like family. Lunch isn’t that much more than fast food but tastes fantastic. Had low call sausage and cheese. Wife had spaghetti and meatballs. Said it was perfect.

Unfortunately this restaurant has very poor communication with their customers. I called to order delivery & was told to use the door dash app, so I did, & the order was placed successfully. I called to confirm that my order was received & was told by the staff that yes, my order was received & would be delivered. One hour later door dash called me asking if we still wanted my order & I said yes, it is supposed to be arriving soon, but I was told by door dash that my order hadn't been started yet & the restaurant was very busy & could make it for us now, but they didn't know when it would arrive. I decided to be understanding, that the business was busy, & kept my order. Shortly after that the door dash driver messaged me asking for extra tips because they had been waiting so long for our food, so I decided to call the restaurant to ask them if they could help us with this since they were making the driver wait so much longer than they had communicated in the door dash app. The person that answered the phone was very understanding & went to get the person that was working on our order. That person (most likely the manager &/or owner) said that the order was not confirmed & asked door dash to call us. Then proceeded to yell at us about the order & issue. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy any food from this Restaurant & probably never will.

Everything about our experience here was amazing! The chicken piccata was simply fantastic, I definitely recommend it!! And my roommate really enjoyed her margherita pizza.
The owner, Richard came out to check on all of the tables, which I thought was a great look on the business. Richard was very kind, funny, and welcoming?
The two servers working Ryan and Ethan were also very nice, and made sure we had a great experience. They both represented this restaurant extremely well, I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Dined in for our first time. The waitress was a female with piercings. We had explained we were on a time crunch and asked if that will work out, the waitress said it would be ok. She recommended the Alfredo, it took 30mins to come out and it came to the table cold through and through so we asked to get it heated up. She had an attitude about it and took the food to heat up. She then came back and asked if she could remove some plates I said yes but my mom whom is hard of hearing was confused and simply told her no I would like my silver wear as she was taking the plate away there was some back and forth with the waitress and my mom apologized and said she was trying to understand (hard of hearing) and the waitress proceeded to shove the plate back down and said I don’t care keep it. The food was average and even with heating up it was like warm. Then the waitress chased us outside yelling upset because of her tip.
