BigShots Golf + Craft Kitchen

We made reservations to crush golf and grill with a large party for my husbands birthday. Upon arriving the guy at the counter was not very friendly, we had to wait for the rest of our party to arrive and when they got there it was hard to get his attention since he was watching the game playing on the tv. I told our server when he first started taking orders that everyone would be on separate checks paying for their own food, he insisted it would be easier to separate everything at the end and told us to remember what we ordered. At the end when we were paying my brother in law forgot one of the items he ordered so when we had one item left he started accusing our other family members of lying as if they were trying to not pay for it when it reality it was an honest mistake. My husband had also ordered an alcoholic drink and had to ask for his id back multiple times and after about an hour finally got it back. There were also other occasions family mentioned during our visit where our server and other staff members were rude. Overall, golfing itself was a lot of fun but the customer service wasn’t great. I had honestly expected better service since we spent quite a bit of money here.

The actual golf ball cameras or whatever for detecting where you hit the ball don't work. It registered about 5% of our hits. Wrong almost every time.

The food was awesome. Way better than Top Golf and even when this facility was Big Shots. Five stars on all the food. Orion did a great job as ou server- great giy!

FYI, do NOT get on the waitlist. We were told over the phone (after the 8th phone call because they wouldn’t answer), that it was a 5min wait. So we were at Crush not even 10min later. We were the first on the waitlist. HOURS LATER, they still didn’t have an opening for us and were downright rude to us. The staff here does not care about their customers. Also, we were there early afternoon when they weren’t busy.

This was a great experience! When we got there, one of our three sites was out of golf balls and took about a 1/2 hour to get it filled. They didn’t hesitate to extend our time for our whole group a 1/2 hour. Food was actually really good (tacos) and of course it is just fun for the whole family. Thank you for a great time!!

Technology read maybe 1 in 4 balls that were hit, staff said that’s just the way it is. When you pay 40 an hour you should expect that they would have working stalls, or that they’d make any effort whatsoever to fix things. Just a cheaper, junkier top golf.

We took our kids and a few of their friends to Crush Golf & Grill and had an awesome time. The bays were a blast, the kids loved it, and the overall experience was fun and energetic.

The host assigned to our bays and the service staff were absolutely amazing, very professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. They really made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

The lobby staff could use a bit more professional training, but it didn’t take away from the overall fun we had.

We’ll definitely be back and would recommend it for families looking for a great time!

We booked a party and were pleasantly surprised. Our server was great, kept our drinks filled and checked on us frequently. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and food. Great place for a quick date or a huge party! Highly recommended.

Multiple employees were pretty rude to our party, and the sensors consistently didn’t work to track the shots (probably 75% of the time). Won’t be coming back.

Wow, the place was packed and you would expect delays in service, no way, the service was amazing on top of the experience. Brandon was all over it, checking on our party of 6 to make sure we had all that we needed. And he delivered on everything, checked all the boxes. On top of having amazing fun with family and friends, the food was great. Thank you Brandon, you are awesome. We have been here before and didn’t expect it to top all the other times we have visited. It did.

Food was not good. I ordered avocado toast which is supposed to come with fruit. Food was dropped off without fruit and we never saw our server again for the rest of the hour. Eggs were overcooked. Overall poor service and food.

We went for my husbands birthday, and we had a great time! The food was amazing, our server was so great and made sure we had everything we needed, the golf games were fun and we all had a great time! Highly recommend the new Crush Golf!
