Just came back from Buffalo Wild Wings in Saint George Utah! This place is not only condiluded by its management but they actually have brain washed their servers?! While there I was told by one sever that and I quote Utah Law states that I can not order you more than two drinks unless you order more food which is not any Utah Law… The other said we can’t serve you for the next thirty minutes as Utah law the new law in Utah states???? I have been a server for 15 years of my life and worked in restaurants for 25 years total! We were here visiting from Salt Lake City, Utah and we have a child of eight years old so as any parent knows that is not Mormon knows that there are not many options around where you can take your family and have drinks and enjoy some Football! However? While we were there we had some frosty beverages I was told Utah state law by not only by two servers which I know Utah State law from serving very well because I have taken my Sips Class every four years for the last 18 years of my life! The first server said that we can not serve you more drinks unless you order more food? But we ordered eighty dollars of food already! How could a family of three order anything more than eighty dollars of food? When we left we had four to go cartons. But thankfully we recieved a new server and his name was Micheal and he was completely understanding and polite. and finally took care of all our needs and completely understood the situation and I’m sure went to bat for us because we are definitely mature. Truth be it told the Restaurant for Sunday Football at seven PM was only half full? I mean right! A place is only half full during Football games being played?!?! Defiantly telling me this is not a corporate matter but definitely a management problem!?!??! I have been to many Buffalo Wild Wings all over the Western United States and have never seen this type of ridiculousness ever!!!!

I ordered on doordash and my order was mistaken for bone in wings instead of boneless. A employee named Travis was extremely nice and helpful he completely solved my issue instantly. He did a very good job. Glad that there are great workers there and shows how good buffalo wild wings is at hiring the right people. everyone that encounters travis or any workers plz tip good. and thank u again to travis!

My pick up order said it would be ready at 5:20 and I was there at 5:20 finally got my food at 5:45 and got home and realized they forgot one of our entrees. This is now the second time this has happened. The food isn’t worth the ridiculous wait time. We would not advise ordering for online pick up

We were rather disappointed in our visit this evening. Food quality was good but it came out lukewarm as if it had been sitting under the lights for a bit. Someone else actually brought out the food instead of our server because he was too busy doing something else. Who knows what. He walked by our table four times when our glasses were empty and didn't even ask if he could refill. Immediately after our food was delivered he asked if we had everything. That was fine but never checked back on us until he could tell we were finished. Not once did he clear off anything off our table as we were sitting there, as you can see from the photo. The manager we could see walking around and talking to different servers but we didn't even notice him checking in on tables or guests. Food would have been great had it been hot. I would have given it a better rating as well had they been swamped. But it was a very light night and I generally tip it very well but tonight was no reason for a generous tip.

Was really excited to eat here... so many food options. What a disappointment. COLD Wings... wow this is what you're know for and you served cold wings. I was so sad. The restaurant wasn't even that busy so I was really surprised to not have fresh wings. So you just cook a bunch and they sit out until people order them? Not sure if we will go back. If we do and the food is better I'll do an update on my review.

We ordered the special bogo on Thursday. The breading was very dry and 1 of the fried pieces of breading was considered a wing. If you want to get it to go there’s no curbside pick up and I almost forgot, if you want dressing it’s .50 per container and there’s no celery and carrots. The quality of this restaurant has gone down hill considerably. Not good!
Buffalo Wild Wings in St. George felt less like a sports bar and more like a gladiator arena where the wings are the weapons and I was the unworthy challenger.
My mouth is still recovering from the Mango Habanero sauce that put a knife to my throat and whispered sweet threats to my taste buds before unleashing volcanic betrayal.
The server looked like she moonlights as a linebacker and handed me napkins like I was about to cry, and I did.
A woman at the table next to us challenged my wife to a blazin’ wing duel and now that couple is divorced… because my wife crushed the competition, spiritually and legally.
10/10 would return, but only after updating my will and changing my shorts.

Update. It’s been 2 years and i tried It again tonight and damn it’s gotten worse. My fries are crunchy like they’ve been left out for 3 days and majority of my chicken is bone dry and i definitely don’t order the dry rub…. Who is running this place???
