Great wings! Been here several times last time sat in bar area and had a bartender that didn’t want to be there, but that was the first time for that.

I am not usually someone to write terrible reviews, but this was the worst food I can recall being served in my lifetime. We went here for March Madness. They had one of three live games on their TVs. It took us asking a few times to get them to show all of the games. They had calf roping, women’s German soccer, spring baseball on, but not the March Madness games on opening Thursday? We ordered the boneless wings, chips and queso, and fried pickles. The pickles were good. The chips were stale and the queso was just so-so. They should call the boneless wings the boneless, chickenless wings. There literally was just overly fried batter (no chicken) with sauce drizzled on them. I couldn’t believe they even served them. You about broke your teeth trying to eat them. I tried stabbing one with my fork and it went airborne and landed on my lap. You can’t make this up. I tried a few different ones and they all were equally inedible. I finally grabbed the waitress and she said they’d bring out a new batch. They did to their credit, but they honestly weren’t much, if any better. I can’t imagine a scenario that I’d eat here again. Usually you can bypass the so-so food for the games, but they didn’t get that right either.

National chain featuring wings, tenders, burgers, with sauces ranging from sweet to scorching.

The GOOD
The restaurant was clean, inviting, and had friendly staff. We were seated with very little wait time at a table with ample entertainment. Drinks were delivered immediately, and despite a busy evening, we could converse without raising our voices.

The BAD
Once our order was placed, the first of two entrees was delivered in about 15–20 minutes. The second entree wasn’t brought out until we reminded our waitperson, who was unavailable after dropping our drinks off, after about 25–30 minutes that it hadn’t been delivered. By then, both meals were cool.
The staff was inattentive, including the waitperson, cooks (who clearly knew the food hadn’t been picked up), and supervisor/manager (who entered and exited the kitchen multiple times, possibly overlooking our meal, and likely asking other guest how their dining experience was).

Conclusion
Cold or cool food, average quality food, and distracted staff are a big MISS. Off-peak times may be their only strength. Recommendation: AVOID peak hours including any game day.

I ordered 15 wings and received 20 wings. I was then charged for 20 wings. I also ordered pretzel bites which I had assumed were to be $4 for the 9-to close promotion but I was told they were full price even though my receipt said 9:23. I Should have checked the reviews before eating at this Bdubs.

Only because the state of Utah is difficult with their alcohol laws but it kind of ruins the atmosphere when you sit at the bar and your bartender has to be behind a wall the entire time and not able to socialize kind of kills the vibe also encountered a manager that wasn't quite the most pleasant Will try again and update soon

Came for my sons 13th bday drove from cedar city and waited 20-30 minutes to be seated, the server asked for ID after we had just supplied ID to the hostess and got a pink bracelet to let server know we were ok to drink alcohol the server then asked for ID again which made no sense for the pink bracelet if thats what the process is. The server messed up our food order plus we had to wait 30-40 minutes for a beer and reminded the server twice for the beer. Never was asked if we needed refills and the server was all over the place but at our table making sure everything was ok. Not happy with the lack of attentiveness and customer service provided.

Got on the wait list was told 30-45 minutes (no big deal) waited over 45 minutes so we go check with the host and our name had been erased off the list and never got the text our table was ready By far the worst bduds experience I’ve ever had. This place is a waste of time

The food was terrible, chicken so dry couldn't eat one piece without multiple sips of my drink. Same for the frys, they were more akin to croutons than potatos. Was my first time going will never return. Should have read the reviews. This place lives up to the bad stories.

The parking lot is a mess, the lines that divide the spaces for each vehicle are completely erased and it causes too much confusion, vehicles occupying double space, forcing others to park in places far from the restaurant

We arrived with 10 people in our group. It was a Saturday night. The line was long just be able to get your name on their waiting list. We were told 45 minute wait. About 1 1/2 hours later we were notified our table was ready. Thank goodness we went somewhere else and was finished with our meals.

Sat around waiting to be served. Order was wrong and came back with the same cold fries. Couldn't order beer without ordering food even though ordered food with previous server.
