Terrible service. Front person saw me and then walked away for 5 minutes, walked back and didn’t even acknowledge me and then when I said “excuse me” twice, finally gave me a finger like “wait”. All she did was talk to her co-worker in Spanish about the guests which unfortunately I could understand. Where do they find workers to hire with this work ethic?

Check your food before you leave i special ordered mine without onion and pickles got up the highway about 15 miles before I noticed and couldn’t just turn around as I was driving a semi. Thanks for screwing up my order my burger went out the window

I CAME IN ON 11-13-24 ordered a French toast combo medium. Got back o the interstate to eat my food and EVERYTHING WAS HARD AS HELL!!! I AM A TRUCK DRIVER SO I HAD TO MAKE A ON TIME DELIVERY TO ARIZONA. MY COMPANY SENT ME BACK TO THE PILOT WHERE THE BURGER KING IS ! I enter Burger King at about 6-15 a.m. on 11-14-24 I show the manager my bank statement where the charge is still pending . IT ALSO SHOWS THE STORE NUMBER AS WELL SHE REFUSES TO REPLACE THE ORDER BECAUSE SHE NEEDS A RECEIPT!!!! Spoke to other customers that live in this area they say the two ladies open every morning and are extremely nasty…. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! I GUESS BURGER KING NO LONGER CARES ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE. BUT THE LADIES IN PILOT ARE EXTREMELY NICE. I hope Burger King is replaced soon and another restaurant is put in its place.

I ordered and paid extra for extra onions and got 1 small ring on the 4 whopper Jr's. I ordered. The onion rings are way over cooked and inedible. Think twice before going there again.

Hands down, this has to be one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve visited in a while. The quality of the burgers really caught me by surprise—they were extremely tasty and well-sauced. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for quality fast food in a pinch.
The service was excellent, with very kind staff who greeted us upon arrival and even brought the food out to the parking lot.
The large drive-thru road made accessing the restaurant incredibly easy, even with a larger vehicle. This is definitely a big plus for anyone driving a truck, SUV, or any larger vehicle.
Vegetarian options: They offer a vegetarian Impossible Whopper patty, which was delicious and added to the overall enjoyment of the burger. It’s a tasty option that doesn’t compromise on flavor.

Tables were dirty. The seating area is extremely crowded because they are storing their sandwich buns IN THE LOBBY!!! Not really sure that is safe
