I ordered on the mobile app and paid extra for the steak, but received the wrong meats, on multiple plates, this has happened multiple times in the past, and when I went in to get my food, they were quite rude unprovoked

I miss the old Cafe Rio, where the sweet pork actually made me like pork, the tomatillo dressing was actually good, and the salad had lots of lettuce.

By the way if you order online you have to go to a special register thats tucked away with no obvious sign or anything to let you know its there. Had to wait for 30 minutes in the line just for them to redirect me to the hidden register which also had a line. My food was cold by then.....

The staff tonight (10/1) was amazing! They made the best salad I have ever had here. They were also so friendly. I highly recommend this cafe rio for great food and service.

We love cafe Rio and try to go to taco Tuesday every week because it’s such a great deal!
I can’t tell if the person who prepared this didn’t know the difference between cilantro and lettuce, but I definitely had to take off most of the cilantro!

The employees here are so nice! Kate came by and offered to throw away our trash. She went above and beyond to make our experience a good one! Give this girl a raise

Had great experiences in the past. Today was not their day. Ordered 60 minutes ahead and they didn't have the guacamole made yet. Manager had an attitude including head bobble saying they were short staffed. I could take my order without guacamole or just wait. No offer or apology. Looks like plenty of folks working to me. Sad since Cafe Rio has been one of my go to places since they opened in SLC.

Only 5 people in line. Waited 20 min next to window to just order.
I think the employees are more engaged in online orders. What a ridiculous experience.

Extremely disappointed in our last few visits. My husband picked up our dinner last night and they had spilled the ranch all in the bag. Rather than giving a new bag they said they just threw a new ranch in there. My husband asked multiple times for the receipt and didn’t receive it so we did not even get our points for the app. The food was pretty good but I’m very upset with the service lately.

Wondering if someone decided to spruce up the flavor of the black beans with chili powder? Whatever the seasoning, it was way to strong and that's all I could taste.

I wish just once I would get what I actually paid for. I just don’t understand how there’s a sticker and 2 receipts that say what I ordered and it’s always wrong. I’m sick and tired of paying for a salad and not even getting lettuce. Everytime I order I’m missing almost more than half of my stuff. I used to like this location. Will not be going here again.
