My wife and I came in tonight Monday 17th. We’ve been coming here for years and have always had a pretty good experience some of the servers are friendlier than others but we never had such an amazing experience like we did tonight! We were quickly greeted by our server Ashlyn. We’ve had her before a few days ago and she was awesome then too but she’s so sweet that my wife and I wanted to leave her a great review. She made us feel comfortable right away. She noticed what we needed before we had to ask for anything. She knew the menu really well and helped us choose. She even asked us if we wanted any appetizers or dessert. My wife and I felt comfortable opening up to her and she did the same. She made our meal so enjoyable and we will definitely be back because of her.
The food was good too as always.

My family and I ate at Cafe Sabor yesterday afternoon. When ordering I told the waitress that I was both gluten and dairy intolerant. I asked if the enchilada with a side of rice and beans would be a good option. She told me it would work. I specified corn tortilla, no cheese, and no sour cream. Sadly, the waitress forgot (or didn’t know) to tell me that the enchilada sauce contained gluten. Several hours later I had the worst allergic reaction I have had in ten years of eating gluten and dairy free. Please educate your staff better so people with food sensitivities can eat safely at your restaurant.

I came in last night with my wife and was greeted quickly by our server Ashlyn. She is a very sweet, funny, and attentive server. She worked hard and was very helpful. Service and food was excellent!

5 of us dined here tonight. Our server was so nice and attentive. His name was Daxton. We are still talking about how fun and great he was.
Food was amazing. 4 stars on atmosphere due to the number of Flys buzzing about.

I give the food five stars and the ambience one star. Four of us arrived close to 5:00 p.m. on a Wednesday and found the restaurant to be quite busy. The hostess seated us on the upper floor, the area near the bar, and it was so noisy that we gave up on trying to carry on a conversation. Our server was professional and friendly and reasonably attentive given the crowd. Service was a little slow, again probably because the kitchen was so busy. When it arrived, the food was hot, and portions were adequate. Prices were reasonable for today's market. I would go back if I lived in the area, but I would insist on being seated in the main dining area on the ground floor.

The fajitas are the best in Southern Utah. Price is fair. Helping are on the generous side. Service is medium to good and periodically they reach great.

. Cafe Sabor has some of the best Mexican food in St George Utah. Reasonable prices and endless chips and salsa. I love the chili verde burrito. It gets busy on weekend nights so you better get there a little early. Always delicious though and worth the wait.

It took an especially long time for our food to come out, which is unusually for Café Sabor, but our server kept the chips coming in the meantime :)

Well I neglected to take pictures of our entrée and our delicious fried ice cream in my Paloma however it was delicious and the service is excellent here! And I found out there is a room for events that I could utilize so I’m pretty excited about that! I’ll have to come back now and take photos of my next meal…

I ordered the 18$ carne asada from the st.george Cafe Sabor Location. While the experience was lovely, the meat itself is far from ideal. It is thin and extremely charred, and the only flavor i got from it was ashy and dry, scorched dark and partly black on the exterior. I would like them to bring back the authentic version they had before, or improve it in some way.

The spinach dip was delicious! I got a burrito, it was quite large, worth 2 meals! However, the burrito didn’t have much flavor. It felt as they covered the flavorless burrito with salsa, cheese, guacamole, and pico. The server was good.
