I got a pesto chicken sandwich and there wasn’t a single piece of chicken! All it had was a cheese, one tomato and sauce. I also waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. Terrible service and didn’t even get what I ordered!

I love zupas food but the poor kids who work there were being yelled at the entire time and they were obviously trying to do their best. It made it extremely awkward as a customer. The poor girl trying to make my salad was almost in tears. Management there is awful!
