I love cake and I knew that I wanted the best for my wedding. Kari was so easy and awesome to work with and really cares about giving great customer service. And the cake was sooo delicious! We got red velvet Oreo, white chocolate raspberry and classic white, all 3 were amazing. I wish I could try all her flavors. Everyone loved it and in the following days after the wedding was over we looked forward to eating leftover cake every night. Thank you Kari!!

I really wish that I didn't have to do this. I'm just baffled by the complete disregard given by this company. As a very organized bride, it's frustrating to see that a company that seems so highly regarded by others reviews could ever just ignore a potential customer.I live in Salt Lake and my wedding will be in Hurricane, 4 hours South. I am an extremely well planned out in all aspects of my reception. I did my research and realized that there are very few wedding-specific bakeries in the surrounding area. I'm getting married in May 28th. I reached out to Cake Couture via Zola, on November 18th, 6 months in advance from my wedding date, knowing that there is a good chance that they could book up fast. They responded fairly quickly, asking me if I could give a little more detail about my wedding, and once I responded I would be contacted to set up a time to talk. Of course I did and expected to be contacted. I did not receive a response. I called the location and left a few messages. A few months later I wrote back through Zola, inquiring about how I could be contacted. I received silence again. I submitted the online request for an appointment. Nothing. At this point, this bakery has ghosted me for 6 months and is fully booked out. This review is about the principal of upholding a basic understanding of what good Customer Service should be. I’m really not sure what more I, as a consumer was supposed to do. I’m also not sure how they decide who to work with, because this bride was completely ignored.

She even let me ship the cake stand to her because we were out of state. And then she even delivered it on a Sunday, which I know they are closed. It was very much appreciated. Kari made a masterpiece for our wedding. She made it, and then she delivered it all the way to Alton!Professionalism is beyond compare. From ordering the cake down to delivery we were happy but the most important element of any cake is taste. You simply cannot find a better tasting treat than what she delivers. We have a pastry chef in the family, who has done wedding cakes himself. He was eager to harshly judge our beautiful cake… boy was he disappointed when he found himself wowed and going for a second slice!Thank you so much for making a beautiful tiered tower of deliciousness for us!

Oh my goodness!! Kari not only did a jaw dropping job on our wedding cake and the cupcakes for our guests, but the flavor and taste was so unbelievably good!!! ?❤?? My husband and I got a one tier vegan cake and cupcakes due to the fact that I have a dairy and egg allergy. We went for the raspberry lemonade cake to go with our sunflower ? theme and honestly, it was the BEST cake ive ever had!! Cake Couture Utah did not disappoint ???. The cupcakes were the same flavor as well. Everyone loved it and couldn't believe it was vegan too!! Many went for seconds and nothing was left behind ?.I also want to add that Kari is such an easy person to work with and she will do all she can to meet your expectations. My husband and I did a destination wedding since Kansas was too far for our friends and family to attend. I honestly don't think we could have asked for a better wedding baker. I highly recommend her, especially if you have any food allergies or just want an incredible tasting cake that you won't regret ?❤?

We had a rather heavy cake topper but the cake was well done and held up 100% underneath it!
