Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

This sandwich shop is my new favorite place to go for sandwiches! Have tried four different sandwiches now, and they were all fantastic. Bread is soft and ingredients are quality. Favorite sandwiches are The Bobbie, and the American Wagyu Cheesesteak. Will be back to try another sandwich soon!

Came in 7:50 pm. young guy and older guy said they were closed. They were appalled that I asked to order sandwich. They had bad attitude. I will go somewhere else

Probably not Capriotti's fault, I ordered the French dip with Swiss I wasn't aware they put mayonnaise on the French dip so I ate half of it took the rest home and tossed it. The meat tasted good the cheese was good the mayonnaise was a deal killer. I will go back and try a different sandwich in the future.

This store is garbage. Not only are the sandwiches double to price that they were a few years ago basically but they can't even take orders correctly. Several times now, we drive home OVER AN HOUR to unwrap our 2 sandwiches (that cost $50!!) to discover that instead of no veggies they are literally FULL of veggies then the guy I call at the shop argues with me that we didn't specify no veggies. NEVER supporting this poorly run shop again, the days of it being decent are GONE.

This was my first visit and I probably won't go back my order for 2 subs was over 30 bucks and they got my order wrong I asked for extra mushrooms and no onions or peppers and I got tons of onions and peppers and almost no mushrooms. I absolutely abhor onions and peppers on my sandwiches and I didn't find out till we got where we were going and started to eat so I have to pick them off it was like half the volume of my sandwich. There needs to be better communication at ordering as well I was not offered any condiments or lettuce. I made the mistake of assuming there would be mayo on my sandwich but nope all around it most definitely was not worth the money.

Ordered two Tuna sandwiches got home and the both were completely wrong the large one was not even tuna it was chicken which the whole family is allergic to. Tried to call no answer to get a refund but of course no answer. It's HORRIBLE to pay this much money for a sandwich and now be able to eat any of it !

I ordered on Uber Eats received my sandwich I'm not sure it was real turkey I was eating not up to Capriotti's standards it was gross so disappointing.

They have a great app with good rewards. Cheese steak was really authentic with lots of meat and a fresh long roll. The Capistrami is a really good sandwich too. Bobbie is filling, so even a small fills me up. We ordered ahead and took it to go. Dudes working their were really nice.

I was disappointed in the capistrami today it had a lot less meat than it used to and it was not chopped how they used to do it in Vegas. Also way too much sauce the ratio was way off. $18.00 is too much for a sandwich and drink too. Especially when you short me on pastrami. I’ll try the other location next time. Guess what I’m still hungry
