Don’t go on sundays they are closed

Placed online pick up order at noon on a Sunday. Arrived at the store. Closed. No one answers the phone. Bummer :/

DO NOT GO HERE!! 5 people ordered food in person, to go, in our group. We didn’t change or substitute any orders. ALL 5 orders were wrong. $22 Cheesesteak was just meat and bread. Italian sandwich had only an oozing of mayo, no mustard or oil/vinegar. Salad lettuce was less than fresh. This place is gross, and very expensive.

Almost thirty dollars for a large sandwich. Granted, the large can easily feed two adults. It feels like all food lately has been getting more expensive. I love their sandwiches, but It is getting harder to afford it. Staff was very friendly and took the time to chat with me while they were making my food. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

I tried giving them a second chance I first got their cheese steak, that thing was so bland and I thought to myself ok cool maybe it’s just that then I went ahead and got their turkey sandwich and man was that the driest sandwich I’ve ever had and I’m not even gonna lie my stomach hurts after eating that thing I will never be going back.

I agree with the other reviews saying this place seems disorganized, and when there are mistakes on their end they seem uninterested in helping solve issues and are okay with customers walking away unhappy

I have long loved Capriotti’s, especially because they have delicious meatless options and their sandwiches are so fresh and piping hot and terrific bread. But the service today was so completely exceptionally good, and it is always good, they were just so fun and kind today, it just made my day so great. Love this place!

This was my first time here and it could not have been better! The food was FANTASTIC, best sandwich ever! I me and my friends got three different sandwiches to switch around and try and all of them were amazing. The Bobbie might have been my favorite but even my homemade turkey was so good. Also Carry was amazing she gave us all the best recommendations, and she let us try some stuff. She was the best and made our whole experience even better. I will definitely being going back, probably this week! 10/10 would recommend !
