Came in and ate with the two kids. It was between meals and we were the only customers in there. It was 25 minutes to get the grilled cheese sandwich and tuna sub.... the kids were going crazy meanwhile. Finally the food came and it was also a let down.
What's more, when we came in no one was around. Finally, someone came out, it looked like they had been napping...? Another few minutes and more employees shuffled slowly out. Thought for a moment I should have left for someone better collected to make our food. I should've listened and just left.

Had such yummy sandwiches today! We tried the cheese steak, buffalo chicken and French dip, all of which were AMAZING! They were pretty slammed but they still were pretty quick to get us our food. Definitely a positive experience.

Firstly, when made as advertised this is the best sandwich shop in town. For years I've enjoyed superior experiences. However, recently the employees are not putting in their best effort. How can you leave off the Genoa Salami and Capacola of the Italian, TWICE.
Or leave everything off of a salad but the lettuce and dressing. I should have known better. When we got home we had just 10 minutes to rush back to the shop to get the ingredients they left off of the salad before closing time. Foolishly, I did not check my Italian sandwich first. When I got home I discovered they had left off the Salami and Capacola.
This is the 2nd time. This place is not cheap. However, if you actually get what you ordered you'll be satisfied. I usually order the Philly Cheese Steak and an Italian.
I've waited awhile before posting this review.
I wanted to be fair, which I wouldn't have been if I'd posted immediately after my 2nd trip to the shop.

Ordered two sandwiches to go and they were horrible. The French dips were suppose to have no cheese and they had extra as well as mayo on them. The price we paid was outrageous for what we received. Extremely disappointed

Just a bit slow and they were training a new guy and should have helped him quickly instead of letting the customer lose faith in how the food will be and taking a lot of time.

called today ordered for curbside pick up was told 10 to 15 minutes, drove & parked outside door called just like i was told to do and was told my sandwich was ready but even though i had cash (considering leaving a $20.00 bill for a $16.48 sandwich) but was told they do not do curbside. tried to tell them i have a problem walking and that is why i asked for curbside. they hung up on me. I guess i will be going to Jersey Mike's or Port of Subs and the new place Ike's, there is always drive through Jimmy John's many choices do not need rude

Just got home with 2 sandwiches. ($25.00+$4.00 tip in the jar!). Both were supposed to be the same kind…..each one received was different without the ingredients I ordered. This isn’t the first time this has happened!😡. It will be a big minute before I go back! Checking the sandwiches before I leave the next time!!!🙄🙄

Spent about $25 on a DoorDash order and I didn’t even get the right sandwich. I ordered a Cheese Steak and was given a cooked roast beef with mayo. What a waste

I got the classic Italian with sweet peppers and WOO is it good!! I also tried their coleslaw - delicious! My partner doesn’t even like coleslaw, but he likes theirs! Best sub I’ve had in St. George. And everyone who worked there was so nice! We got our food to go, but they made sure we had a glass of water while we were there waiting for our food. 11/10 - highly recommend!

This place is highly disorganized and nasty. The lady at the front took forever to get our order, then she forgot to print our order and had to ask us what we ordered again. My sandwich was cold which I found kinda weird, and it had hardly any meat on it.

We were excited to try the Bobbie, which is basically Thanksgiving dinner loaded in a sandwich (turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce). The turkey was moist and flavorful. However, it was served cold. I'm not sure if that's how it's usually served but I like my Thanksgiving dinner hot. It was still good but I would probably ask for it to be warmed next time. Two of us split the large sandwich ($21) and it was more than enough food. It could easily feed 3 people. The workers were friendly and the service was great!
