I love this place and most of the employees. But I've gone through the drive thru many of times and the amount of times my ranch is leaking out and spilling everywhere is outstanding. It can be understandable if its some but its every single one. Are they trying to poison us?

We stopped in to eat after a few hours of shopping. Usually we have no issues. We are a family of three and order multiple things... chicken stars, 2 burgers, onion rings and criss cut fries. We love sauce and told them that. We specified how many sauces we wanted and when our food arrived we only had 1 ranch and 1 BBQ. We went and asked for fry sauce and the really nice gentleman gave us 2 even though we asked for 3. (We are a family of 3) when my daughter went to ask for another one, Yadira told her they were out of fry sauce. But the next customer got two. I told her we'd pay for the extra fry sauce, and she still said they were out. Like wtf?!?!? She was also VERY rude, never smiled and acted like we were a burden for wanting an extra fry sauce. She shouldn't work the front counter if she's rude and has RBF. We love Carl's Jr. But she totally ruined our experience.

We had a great lunch today at Carl’s Jr.. Can’t say enough positive things about the district manager, Mario who helped us. He went over the top to help us and give us good customer service. The food was great.

i would come alot a few years ago and noticed it going downhill. but the recent times we have been here have been very great. She was very nice and got my order perfectly. even asked for sauces when most places dont do that anymore. i said i wanted ranch only but i forgot to say fry sauce as well. when i got home from the drive thru to eat at home, i noticed she gave me both frysauce and ranch with great amount of napkins. The little things like this matter. Thank you.
