I’ve always had great experiences at Chickfila but tonight was exceptional! We were spoiled by team members. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need + more! The food was delicious as always! The lady in the drive through spilled two shakes through our window and onto the floor. Had to have it detailed twice to get the old milk smell out of the car

I’ve mobile ordered from here 3 different times and every single time they’ve forgot to add my sauce. The food is great but if you want sauce you’ll have to go inside and grab it yourself.

Had an issue with a take out order. I had made the order online at 10:00 and came to the store at 11, I believed this would mean my food would be waiting for me, but upon arriving, I was told that they hadn’t started the order and that breakfast was now over. While they were not able to get the original food I ordered. They quickly and politely offered to pay for a new lunch meal. And gave me a gift card for another free meal in the future. Overall a great way to handle the situation, and the food was excellent as always

Went to Chick-Fil-A a few weeks ago and Olivia helped me. She was just amazing! She double checked my order, interacted with my children, was quick but not rushed, and while doing all of that she had a great attitude and didn't seem like she was on a script! 5 stars to her! Food was so great!
