I hate drive thru service bc it seems we always get shorted something or the order is messed up. Ordered 3 #5 meals with gluten free buns and received 2 gf buns, and was shorted a fry and an ice cream cone. Don’t leave drive thru until you have checked your order.

I ordered my children food and we sat down. When they brought out the food my cashier had added this cookie for me! Getting this made my day!!

Dude with the facial hair outside in drive thru was not good. Poor customer service and not the CFA standard. 👎

I used that app to purchase our meal, it was a little difficult to maneuver, I ended up not getting exactly what I wanted. But the food was delicious, loved the waffle fries.

We’ve been to dozens of different Chick-fil-A’s but this specific location is exceptional! Everything is made to order and they have never forgot anything including the sauce! The staff LOVES kids and makes every visit fun for them and even gives out free ice cream and brownies if the kids find the hidden cow! It’s always a great day at this Chick-fil-A thanks to the kindness of the team!
Shout out to Elvis and Justice for making every visit pleasurable! We love you guys and our kids do too!

I came here for a fun experience and to try this out at chick fil a. When we received our order, everything was wrong. We had the wrong sandwiches and size of fries. Also, when we were eating our sandwiches, 2/4 had a random half cut bread clasp. It was sharp and nearly cut my mouth and my son’s mouth. I have never had this happened before and not only was disgusted but worried for my sons and I safety. If swallowed, we could have ended up in the hospital. I brought this to the attention of staff and they excused it like my son and I planted this. Excuse me? Why on earth would anyone be carrying a bread clasp? It would only make sense coming from a restaurant itself. I didn’t get a refund for my food or any compensation for this issue. I will not be returning here.

Great chicken sandwich

What is the point of having a salad if they don’t give you a salad dressing to go with it. This is twice now that I have ordered a salad from them and they have completely forgotten the dressing that I specifically requested.

I get that most of them are high school students that work there in the evening, but they really should make it a checklist to make sure a salad has a dressing to go with it.
