“Such a fun place for the entire family to come and eat! It is super hot though so be careful when ordering! But the chef Erik does an amazing job at everything that comes out and the lady Tawni who took my order was such a delight. Customer service was excellent and they even came and cleaned my table. Thank you for the yummy, but hot food! I mean it’s in the name HOT! I love the tortilla soup but have also heard amazing things about their delicious Mac n cheese!“

“This place is amazing. The food is phenomenal and the staff are incredible. I have been coming here since they first opened and I can’t stay away. A big part of that is the amazing food, but the staff plays a huge role in that as well. The comeback sauce is AMAZING!!! The chicken sandwich and fries are a perfect portion and they pair well with the comeback sauce. The blazin’ fries are strangely good with the Mac n cheese. You wouldn’t think of this combo, but it works. 10/10 definitely recommend Jay Birds!“

“The drive thru here is consistently a lesson in great customer service from the day they opened, and even more importantly, they have been able to maintain that great level of service. Every person working the drive thru is professional and warm. Most of the other restaurants in the area could learn from them. We don’t eat fast food very often; but usually end up here if we do.

Food is always hot, the sandwiches are neatly prepared, and they never forget your napkins/utensils.“
