My family and I came in last night to eat dinner together, we were greeted by our server who although was extremely friendly seemed to be forgetful. He was very nice the entire experience but it did take our food quite a while to come which he did apologize about multiple times and blamed it on the cooks for language barriers. When our food did finally come sauces we were wrong which isn’t a huge issue but my grandmothers food never came. She told the server to just pack it up to go which he was more then welcome to do, after waiting forever for her nachos (shouldn’t take to long to make) he was very quick to pack it up to go for us. When she got home to eat her nachos she was greeted with, I’m not sure what. Something that doesn’t look entirely edible. Honestly just really disappointed.

Go somewhere else for Veterans Day. They don’t post the Veterans Day menu for a reason. They would be better offering nothing than the bait and switch to get you in here. What a disgrace.

Had an awesome experience here at this Chili’s in St George. The food was awesome, best burger i have had in a long time. I could tell it was cooked on a really hot flat top. The outside of the patty was crispy , juicy inside. Our server Brook took really good care of us. She kept checking on us and our drinks refilled. 10 out of 10 service. Thanks Brook. Definitely will be back !!

I came here with my mom, sister and niece for a girls date. My mom has been very sick creating several food aversions - unfortunately the food was a little cold, making it hard for her to eat the chicken in her quesadilla. This was no one’s fault - (there was one cook and it was very busy, and our server Isaac did his very best, keeping us informed, chips and salsa flowing, and our drinks filled at all times)! Isaac was SO attentive, so understanding, and so incredibly tender hearted towards my mom when she asked for him to take her plate away. He was the absolute sweetest server we’ve ever had. We complimented him, a SIMPLE compliment and he got emotional.
He’s the kind of sweet soul that we all need in this world! Keep it up, Isaac! So glad to have met you!

We came with a party of 8 and they would not seat us together. They said they weren’t able to seat a party of 8. We asked if they could put a couple of tables together. They wouldn’t do that. They said they could do a party of 6 and 2 but we would be seated separately and at different times. We told them we were okay to wait until some more tables opened up (they weren’t even that busy) So odd. We have been to multiple Chilis and have never had a problem with larger groups. There was a large table of 10 set but that was for a reservation. So I guess only if we had a reservation could we have 8 seated? Never have I been to a restaurant that wouldn’t seat a larger group. We went down the street to Applebees and they had no problem seating us. If you’re coming with a larger group, don’t bother with this location.

The food was good and drinks were just as good here. Service was on the spot with her coming by to check on us and refilling drinks. Would recommend friends and family to come visit this location when in town. Good job Chili's for a job well done.
