My first time at Chili’s actually so here’s my review. I got the mushroom swiss with the normal side of fries. The patties were freaking huge and seasoned well. Everything was juicy and delicious. Honestly phenomenal, and surprised me for sure. The fries however were barely edible. Think about how bland and basic In-N-Out fries are then add to the fact that they were overcooked and dry as hell.
I sat at the bar and got ignored for a while. All the employees are very chitchatty, gossiping. The bathroom is appalling, they really need to update that it wouldn’t cost much to give it a fresh coat of paint and replace all of the manual appliances with automatic ones for sanitary purposes.

Our server, Jude, was great. He was very positive and friendly and made sure our order was correct. This said, Jude told us our order was done incorrectly and that it would be a little longer than usual. We appreciated his attention to detail.

They brought my child’s Mac and cheese out in the original package. Not sure if this is typical for this location but that was so weird to see at a chilis. They should have just given me the microwave to throw the frozen Mac and cheese inside of. For the high prices they charge I’m very disappointed at the low quality service they provided to my family tonight. I could’ve had a better experience at McDonald. So gross!

When we first got married, we would sneak out to go to Chili's. Now it's just a place with sentimental value and my favorite watermelon margarita.
Our waitress forgot to put my Oder in with the rest so I sat there while everyone else ate their food. Then we asked for mayonnaise to make fry sauce she also forgot to bring that.
