My husband and I love the food at chipotle but the service sometimes is lacking. It seems whenever we go at night, around 6 or 7, they are out of multiple items, like queso, guacamole, rice, etc. Sometimes we will even online order and add queso to our burrito or add a side of queso, which costs like 2$, and when we get the order there is no queso or a little container filled 1/4 of the way, but we were still charged for a full side add on of queso. It’s so expensive now to eat here, it usually costs us 35$ for just two people to eat, not even drinks added. We love chipotle so much but can rarely eat here due to how expensive it is and how unreliable it can be.

Went for the first time today. Disappointed in the menu offerings. Not many options. Had a salad. Very small. Little lettuce. No dressing of any kind. $11, really?
The recipes are very bland, and I'm quite sure that this is where all the employees from Taco Bell end up when they are fired for showing lack of motivation. The food isn't bad. It's just not good. I've eaten here twice and I'm not sure that I will ever go again. It's just too bad that such appealing marketing and branding are wasted on bla.
Parking: Parking is okay, but it can be a pain in the ass getting from the asphalt to the building as there seems to be too much decorative crap in the way and no connecting sidewalks when the row of parking nearest the doors is full. Now that I think of it I'm not sure that there is even an accessible route.

Definitely would not recommend, you will still leave hungry with the awful service! The food was poorly done, my husband and my bowl was a little below half full. The workers were very short and rude as well as being very slow with service despite the place being empty at 7pm.

The quality of food is good but way too salty. I could not finish my burrito because the chicken was so over seasoned and the peppers as well. The rice was ok, pico was very spicy. I think if they tone down the salt, the food might be great.

I usually love going to chipotle, but at this one the girl making my burrito was rude and didn’t want to be there. I got a steak burrito double wrap and she gave me half a scoop of the steak. When I asked if she could give a little bit more she said that it will be double. I was fine with the double till she only gave me a few more pieces of steak. When I opened this burrito it fell apart like she didn’t even wrap it. My order is usually $16 with chips at other stores but this one came out to be $22. This location has terrible customer service and portion sizes. Don’t go to this location!!!

I order online, the "promised" by time was 5:50, I was there until 6:10 waiting for my order then asked the employee for my order for the 3rd time, she handed it to me and I told her that they took way too long tonight, she turned and LAUGHED AT ME. Told her not to laugh because I got terrible customer service tonight and she didn't do anything and just walked away. Then I try to get my order resolved online through the app and nothing works for resolving my incorrect order. They are super slow, and consistently give me the wrong food and the food isn't good. I can't ever get help or customer service here! 3 strikes for me. AVOID GOING HERE!!!

I have been to this Chipotle many times but have never been treated so rudely.
The worker (obviously new) was making my steak bowl and I asked for the mild salsa on the side (which I do every single time I visit and am never charged extra for). The new girl accidentally used the larger side container for the mild salsa.
When I got up to the register to pay, I had been charged for a large side, even though I didn't get any salsa on my bowl AND I did not ask for the larger size. I question the girl ringing me up (not the new worker) why I was getting charged for a large size when I didn't ask for the large size, it was made on accident. She then said, she would have to replace it with a small side, but would be required to throw away the accidental one. I asked why didn't she just let me have the one she was going to throw away instead of thrashing it? But she said with a smirk, she would have to charge me for it. I then asked to speak to the manager who said he would refund me but acted like it was my fault that I was questioning her actions. The employee continued to stand there and smirk at me while I was discussing this with the manager, purposefully trying to antagonize me. I mentioned this to the manager that he was encouraging her rude behavior to a customer and he basically told me to leave the restaurant. I got a full refund and they wasted the order because it was more important to be right than be courteous to a customer. He claimed I was "shaming" his employee by pointing out that he was treating me like I was the cause of the problem while the rude cashier was standing there smirking at me. The manager needs a lesson on customer service and the cashier needs to be retrained on how to treat customers.
I see that this restaurant has a 3.8 rating and now I know why. Having a manager who encourages rude behavior to customers from a subordinate employee will encourage patrons to visit other establishments. In an economy like this, any restaurant owner should be alarmed to be employing people like this, I'll be very happy to take my money somewhere else....

Problem with my order and Uber Eats. Has 0 customers service? When you call you get an answer in machine. I never ordered anything spicy. on my order. It said extra spicy.

Portion sizes are criminal at this location. Highly advise not coming to this location unless you want to pay $13-$14 for a little snack. Employees also tried to say that the reason for portion size is because the meat was cut more “slim” today whatever that means.
