It might’ve been bad on my part for coming in 5 minute before closing, but the customer service I received with the employee that helped me, wasn’t very satisfactory. I had accidentally dropped my cone, signing a dumb receipt and holding on to too many things. Anways, no one offered to help me clean up (I had to do it myself) overall. My experience wasn’t the best.
Chocolate almond milk frozen dessert was great
The girl behind the counter could not have cared less when we came in, she was on her phone. She didn’t even greet us or smile at all.. and my cake batter shake was so poorly made it was watery with no whipped cream or any toppings. Very disappointing visit

Great ice cream, great service!
So upset went in on Thursday July 10th to order a birthday cake for my little cousin for July 12th to pick up at 1pm and took our payment and said they could do it and went in there today mind you its July 12th and didn’t have it ready got refunded and got a cake that wasn’t what we wanted very disappointing and then we had to write happy birthday on it . Just one star for me the service is not the greatest. Hopefully they can get better with service
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. There was such bad customer service. There was a girl working and she would not even help us. She was just working on other things and not doing anything. We were the only people there and she was working on random things. We were there for 45 MINUTES. Way too long to get ice cream with nobody there except us. She seemed so annoyed about us even tho we were just getting ice cream and that’s her job so she should not be annoyed from doing her job. But just overall less than one star if I could. Terrible!
DO NOT RELY ON THEM AT ALL:
Ordered a birthday cake via online 10 days before the party. Showed up during the pick-up window and they didn't even make it. Their excuse was their phone was broken so they couldn't let me know and they only make square or round cakes at this location and mine was rectangular. WHY WOULDN'T YOU LET ME KNOW?!
So went without a cake... then they said they'd refund it, and 10 days later, still no refund!!! SUCH CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I like how when I was in the store the staff were professional and respected me as a customer. Most places with teens act so loud and careless. Not here they were great! The ice cream was great. Overall was a great experience.

Whoever owns this place needs to get their house in order. The ice cream is fantastic. Always delicious. Their customer service is a joke. I’ve been to this location 4 different times and only once were the teens behind the counter professional and courteous and attentive. The second time we came in 20 minutes before close and they said they couldn’t serve us because of my husband’s nut allergy and they’d already put their “allergen friendly equipment away” another time we came and the two boys working behind the counter were goofing off the entire time and razzing each other. They paid so little attention that they put the wrong ice cream in my creation and almost put nuts in my husband’s ice cream after I expressly told them he was allergic AND his creation didn’t even include nuts.
This time takes the cake. We go to get ice cream and find they now close at 7?! What kind of ice cream place closes at 7? And it closes even earlier on the weekend. If they are going to shorten operating hours at least open later and close later.
What are these hours of operation?

Door says it opens at 11, it’s 12 and the lights are on but the door is locked.
Update: 2 employees showed up at 12:08 in their pajamas, holding chipotle.
Prepaid for a special order cake on the 3rd to be picked up on the 8th. When I went in to pick it up, I was told it was never made, but they’d “let me” have one of their pre-made cakes, none of which were the correct flavor. I ended up canceling and scrambling to find a grocery store cake in something closer to the flavor my kid wanted for his birthday. I get that mistakes can happen, but nobody even offered an apology, and they acted like they were doing me a favor by refunding my money.
