Go to any other Costa Vida location. This one is understaffed (painfully slow line), understocked (on hot sauce), and super skimpy on every ingredient added to your order

The older gentleman working the drive thru window was so rude and impatient when ordering my food, I usually go to other places but chose here out of convenience today; but I will not be back
. He sounded and acted as if he didn’t want to be there and was irritated he had customers to help. He also did not give me a receipt like asked for. Train your employees better , or get ones who are happy to help people and can handle a customer service job with a welcoming attitude

The service at this Costa was terrible. The employees were rude, lazy, and clearly annoyed to be there. They messed up my order and didn’t put any sweet pork in my quesadilla when that’s what I ordered. When I brought it up, they didn’t remake it or care to fix it they just shoved some sweet pork in it and gave it back, Definitely not coming back to this location.

Closing at 8 pm means they stop serving at 7:30 pm and they will not even have the courtesy to let you know they are closed in the drive though. Just be aware that kids run this location and lack professionalism. Management needs to retrain the staff. Closing at 8 pm means serving until 8 pm.

We had a difficult time finding a clean table to eat at. The staff was busy so this might not be a common problem.
We have been eating here for years. I understand that shrink-flation is affecting everything these days, so I’ve been paying for extra meat portions here for the last year or so. Every single time we get our food there is consistently less and less meat, beans and rice. And we usually have to bug the staff for the extra sides and sauces we order.

These guys will make you wait at the drive through for 15min and not say a word. Would’ve been faster to drive to the other location across town. Extremely slow service with no desire to help

Customer service was just rude and super fast paced, when hardly anyone there. Beans very under cooked and guacamole had avocado outer shell chunks.
Drive thru employee got my order wrong two times in a row on the same night. Half the time you order in the last year it’s either the wrong order and/or the food is cold before you even leave the drive thru

Came in got there special the 2 salads and chips and queso for $22 dollars. Went to go eat it and there was a huge earwig in my salad, when we went in she was like do you want new salads I said no thanks cause how do I know there's not more bugs she agreed with me and then stated she wishes she could say this was the first time of hearing of this type of complaint......She didn't know how to issue a refund had to ask her manager he walked up didn't say 2 words to me or my friend just issued refund and walked away. I am completely grossed out and the fact an employee verified this happens more often than she would like to admit is gross

Unorganized and the worst I have ever seen for taking an order. I re-explained what I wanted three times and they still had the order in completely wrong. I hope the mike is broken. (Hearing Baja salad from Nachos is a wild leap). after sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes we were running late so I had to go back later and when I went inside the second time they put everything together (while still missing beans I had asked for face to face) and then when I asked for toppings they were out of the toppings. This could be fine if that was explained beforehand as running out isn't their fault but no communication is. The manager offered some other salsa and tried to make it a bit better but it was just a bad experience from most aspects. I've never had so much trouble with an order from any other costa vida.
