I went through the drive thru, asked for the chili line chicken which come to find out they didn't have so instead of asking what I wanted instead the girl gave me the raspberry Chipotle chicken. Which I didn't realize till after I had a couple bites. I went back, went inside this time and Talon helped me out and apologized for the mistake and fixed it for me! He was so helpful and kept the conversation fun and completely turned my experience around! Thank you so so much man I really appreciate it!

And then they want me to tip them 20% after standing in line for way too long and there was only 1 other person in line. I’m the most laid back easy going person ever, but I won’t come back here I will stick with Rio

Consistency is key right? Costa Vida employees here consistently undercook beans and rice, put hardly any meat on salads, ignore the drive through, and can’t handle cash/change to save their lives. If you love to count on poor service every time, this location is for you!

I got a small sweet pork salad it ended up not having sweet pork in it which it was a minute from closing so understandable long day. We went back they drive thru got a ladies attention at window and she was so sweet and funny and they gave me 2 free entree cards letty and the guy I think his name was mareo was very very sweet thank you so much!!!

I really liked this location. Clean and inviting. Friendlier than my normal Costa Vida stops. However, they were scaping the bottom of their pan for the sweet pork. There was barely enough to cover the beans. It was However, 30 minutes till closing time.
