I needed a very last minute catering service for a 100 people and this costa Vida location came through. They called other costa vida stores to bring in more supplies the staff came in early and they made it happen! They were amazing and would recommend them to everyone! The food was excellent and the price is reasonable! Thank you Costa Vida for coming through for me!!

Horrible drive thru service! There are two lanes in the drive thru. We waited in the right hand lane when it was our turn for over five minutes with no service while we watched three cars go through the left lane (a car had gone through ahead of us with no problem. We finally decided to drive up and try to order from the window instead. We explained the situation to the guy at the window and he was extremely rude. He said we'd have to park and go in to wait in the very long line inside because he didn't want to take our order. We went to Chick-fil-A instead and were in and out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes.

Do NOT use the drive thru. If you do, you will get screwed on portion amount. I ordered 3 chicken salads no beans with rice. I was given about a teaspoon amount of rice in each salad. Yet paying the same price as I would WITH beans. Perhaps, Costa Vida is taking Chipotles approach with portions? If so, congratulations on going out of business!! I'm so sick of paying for something and not getting what I pay for!

Just what you expect from Costa Vida. Food was great, but the new update for the app was kind of a buzz-kill. You have to reinstall the app for your previous points to actually transfer. If you go into the old app, it makes it look like you need to reset your password, when in fact, that won’t help you at all. You have to completely reinstall it. Thankfully they had a QR code we could scan, but since it caught us off guard, we didn’t end you using the points we had saved up.
The food at costa vida is awesome don’t get me wrong, but I placed an online order the other day for 3 people, and each one of us had a mistake with our order… also the take out is so confusing and there isn’t an actual pick up spot, you kinda just have to cut everyone and ask whoever is working up front.

We've gone to the new Costa Vida on Redcliffs twice since it opened. Both times employees were very slow paced, unfriendly and when they are assembling the burritos, they allow the Tortilla to touch their dirty apron. I also saw the employee cooking the tortillas, wipe her mouth on her apron. The three stars are for the good flavorful food, the dining room decor and nice kitchen set up at this new location.
