The service was very slow and we waited forever for our food and we went inside. Got the shrimp that was $2 extra and only got 4 pieces of shrimp. There was also a chunk in our Coke.

The guy at the kiosk talked 100mph and we couldn’t even understand what he was saying. He lied about how much sweet pork there was saying there was none left when there was. He then forgot our drink and there was hair in the food. Costa vida step it up.

Food was mostly good but service was terrible. Only one person working the counter with others just standing around. Took us over 15 minutes to get our order with only one person ahead of us. Employee excuse was this is what it's like when we are about to close (it 2 was 2 hours to close). Food counters, tables, floors were all dirty.

I don’t think they could be any slower. We bypass this place all the time because it’s so slow. Great food but please pick up the pace, I bet you could do twice the business.

I’ve never had a good experience at this location. Something is always missing from my order or something is made incorrectly. I wouldn’t recommend getting takeout at this location or just going to this location in general.
