What is taking you 45 minutes to make a burrito that was ordered online? I was given a pickup time 30 minutes after I ordered, which to begin with is ridiculous. I stopped at the order speaker to announce my arrival, and was immediately told to wait. Then have waited over 15 minutes without anyone even coming to my car and explaining the hold up. When a person orders in advance online, it generally means they can't wait or do not want to wait in a huge line.. This is the 3rd time in a month with similar problems.. Cafe Rio is getting 100% of my business from here on out.

How do you charge $14.69 for a quesadilla with rice and beans but receive literally less than 2oz of rice and beans. Should have drove down the road to a different place and I’d for sure would have been taken care of.

12 employees (kids) goofing off and having the best social time of their lives while the least experienced kid tries to run a register he’s never been trained on and another kid does his best to keep up on all the meals…. What a clown show.

The food was fine and the servers polite. I ordered my food on line and picked up my own food. I told them no tip. After all, nobody waited on me at a table. They automatically charged me a 10% tip. What for, I did everything but prepare the food and ring it up. ? A tip is supposed to be voluntary. Nobody in the restaurant could explain why I was billed a 10% tip. They tried to remove it but couldn’t. I felt like they reached in my pocket and ripped me off. I’m betting some customers don’t even know they got ripped off.

Stopped in while on vacation and it was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant looked newer and really clean and organized. Highly recommend, its on our list of places to eat whenever we are in town.

Why did you change the tres leches? It is so gross now. No cream and gross mushy strawberry compote that you can tell has food dye... All it tastes like now is artificial strawberry flavoring
