Please except my sincere apologies. As you can see I did not leave any wordage to the review. It was a case of accidental fat fingers. I do not remember marking the stars. I have tried your cookies 3 or so times and loved them. I wish I could get by there to get a few more often. I realise how damaging a poor rating can be. I will check my other post to make sure this was a solo accident. Again, I apologize. Thanks for calling me out.

Salted Carmel cheeskcake was one of my favs ever but one that I will never beat is Carmel apple or maple sandwhich please bring them back!

The cookies are awesome, but their customer service is even more amazing! I applaud the management for empowering employees to help customers & provide excellent customer service. I also love that their ingredients are available on the website, very helpful for those of us with allergies.
I tried the flavor of the week it was good It really was expensive though but I love it definitely coming back

Ordered door dash and usually this crumbl is good but the berry cobler didn't have the scoop of frosting on it and looked nothing like the picture and we were missing the curcuis animal cookie on top of our other cookie.
