Crust Club - St. George

I love this place! I have never really found anywhere else in Utah that does Hand pies! Both the savory and dessert pies are good! And the staff at the St George location have always been really cool! Highly recommend!

The Boston cream and coconut cream pies were wonderful. Their pot roast is tasty, but they don't sell it year-round they need to change that. Highly recommended.

We have been to Crust Club in Utah county and were super excited when they opened in StG. The last two times we have been through the drive thru, yesterday being our most recent visit, the employee has been very unfriendly. The first time we had to honk to get her attention, which wasn’t a big deal, until the unfriendly service followed. We waited over 15 minutes for 3 hand pies and 3 drinks. We were the only people there. I figured she was probably having a bad day and no big deal. Then yesterday the same unfriendly service happened again. I don’t need overly friendly service but unfriendly is uncalled for.
We will continue to go there bc we like their food.

Looked on the website and thought to myself… self that looks delicious! Proceeded to place an online order and drove 20mins to pick up said order. When I got there I was told that my order couldn’t be completed cause it was out of stock. I asked why would it let me pay for the order if it was out of stock or why wouldn’t you call me and let me know that before I drove out here and was told “I don’t run the online ordering system” then asked when it would be back in stock and was then told “we are working on a catering order so I’m not sure.”

Be cautious of using the online ordering system.

Hand pies are amazing! We’ve tried a lot of their products from other locations as well and they’re always so good! Bavarian Crème and Raspberry Cheesecake hand pies were incredible! This location was fantastic. Also the drive through is nice!

My experience here was just okay.

I apologize for the delayed review, but I visited shortly after the opening. While the sweet pocket pies were okay, I was disappointed by the manager's unprofessional treatment of her employee and her unfriendly demeanor towards customers.

While I understand the stress of being newly opened and potentially undertrained, I don't believe it excuses her handling of situations. Instead of resolving issues, she seemed focused on blaming others. I witnessed the orders of the two customers ahead of me being incorrect….

I'd visit again to see if things have improved, but I won’t be a regular customer for the pies. Maybe I'm just not a big pie fan.

Ziggy was so helpful explaining all the options. He gave great service and recommended great pies! We will be back!

Im really surprised by all of the good reviews. The shop is nice and the employees are great, but the food was not worth the cost. We got several hand pies and every one was very underbaked. The fillings were also underwhelming. My daughter's chicken pot pie only had one piece of chicken in it and was mostly potatoes. The pizza hand pie tasted like a hot pocket which was probably the biggest disappointment.

They were ok, I had a sausage, chicken, raspberry cheesecake, and mixed berry. The ingredients all tasted mostly fresh and the crust was not bad. My sausage pie just had a few pieces of sausage and the chicken was mostly potatoes. My wife did like her chicken, but my sausage tasted along the lines of a slightly better hot pocket. The sweet pies were fun though. I think mostly they are just too expensive for the tiny pie. They are definitely better than a frozen Marie calendar but I’m not sure if they’re more than twice the price better.

Overall I had fun trying them.

This place is amazing. They offer so much and what we tried tasted amazing! I went in right as they were closing without knowing and they treated us so kind!! I will for sure be coming back!!

The costumer service there is magnificent, very friendly and the food is excellent.

This place is amazing! Everytime I have come here, the staff is incredibly helpful, the food tastes fresh, the desserts are the best pies I’ve had, and the value you get for the price can’t be beat. It’s a little tucked away, but it’s definitely worth seeking out. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Not for sitting down and eating there, but the pies I have tried are amazing!

The chicken pot pie stole the show and was absolutely delicious. The raspberry cheesecake hand pie was also good, but the chicken pot pie was simply to die for.
