“Honestly I’ve been here multiple times in the past few months and it’s been slow and sometimes my blizzards came out sticky or not completely frozen. But I’m giving a 5 star for effort. I can see they are trying to make improvements and they have improved in the last few visits. Well the blizzards have been consistent at least.“
“Big shout out to the employees working 7/14/25. We ordered through the app and upon arriving at the store, the store’s computer system was offline so the app wasn’t interacting with the store. Long story short, our order was cancelled and we didn’t realize it until we arrived at the store. I was at the end of hanger, closer to anger. My children were also extremely hungry, the situation felt very intense in the moment haha. The employees at the store got it all figured out, all with a good and calm attitude.
