The service was horrible and very unprofessional. They forgot to lock the lobby and then proceeded to get mad at us for it. They got our order wrong and they overcharged us, and then told us that we needed to go to the back of the drive thru line after an error that was their fault.

Just to bring it to your attention but I had came in the other day Saturday morning and we weren’t greeted when we came in and I know it’s not a lot to do but some customer appreciate that then waited at the diner counter while wasn’t doing anything I took abt 5-1O minutes before she took our order.and we tried to find a clean spot to sit down but it was flithy nothing wasn’t wiped down. So the we had to clean it ourselves while wait for our order she started to do her makeup right at the front counter, im pretty sure that a health hazard and very unprofessional if she worried abt her as much as her looks as she would for her jibe she could do some what a decent job at work. I’m am unsatisfied with the customer service at the Main Street Dairy Queen

We just ordered two banana splits. One had a half banana that was partially bruised. Okay no big deal. Then my wife shows me her bananas. They were repulsively rotten and obviously hidden well below the ice cream and sirup. We will probably never return to DQ ever again

Big shout out to the employees working 7/14/25. We ordered through the app and upon arriving at the store, the store’s computer system was offline so the app wasn’t interacting with the store. Long story short, our order was cancelled and we didn’t realize it until we arrived at the store. I was at the end of hanger, closer to anger. My children were also extremely hungry, the situation felt very intense in the moment haha. The employees at the store got it all figured out, all with a good and calm attitude. Thank you for saving the night!

They charged me $9 for a large blizzard which they did not turn upside down and a pup cup which is supposed to be free if they have it. I did confirm if they did pup cups and they said yes. If you charge. It is not a pup cup. It is a small dish of vanilla, which the cashier should have said. Coming from an ex DQ employee. Also, the blizzard was so runny, it was unenjoyable. The cashier also acted weird when I wanted a receipt. So I changed my mind. I’ve noticed this happens a lot in St. George and they also charge a lot more here for things and try to hide the receipt from the customer.

I do not suggest this Dairy Queen for anything other than $7 meal deal. And stick with the sundae. They’ve served me messy runny blizzards before with the meal deal as well, had to go home and freeze for 4 hours before it was edible.

I was passing through town and stopped for bite. I got the cheeseburger combo. I was VERY IMPRESSED with the drive through peeps, very friendly! And even more impressed with my food! Fresh and HOT! Onion rings right out of the fryer! Yummy

Worst experience of ever. I was handed my food after ordering which was very fast but there was a huge problem with this. As they passed me my food I did not receive any napkins. Not even a bag or a tray where they put my food. They showed a horrible environment!

Oreo icecream cake is delicious. Reeses peanut cup is my go to. Kid loved cotton candy. Good deals on hamburgers. The cashier was very helpful

We went in to buy a birthday cake for me. There were so many different ones so we called over an employee and I asked which ones had the chocolate/vanilla/crunchies. He said they were all the same flavors. The only difference was the designs. I picked the one I thought was prettiest and had them write on it. Tonight after dinner we brought out the cake, my guests sang happy birthday and when I cut it we were surprised to find that it was vanilla/blue/no crunchies. My husband called and spoke to the shift manager and was told there's nothing that could be done. Happy Birthday to me. The cake will go in the trash. No one ate it.

Pressuring customers for tips is off-putting at a fast food place

Fries were cold and ice cones dipped half ass. Could only accept cash. Then the employee acting fake and poor customer service. I would be embarrassed to run a company like this. I understand it close to closing but paying customers are always right in customer service.

Ordered a Blizzard and a vanilla Milkshake through the drive through. Waited 15 minutes for the car in front of us. Not surprised but disappointed all the same to see a small printed strip of paper letting us know that if we really wanted to leave a tip to make sure we mention it before they ring us up… a tip for what? For being slow? Or maybe for the totally melted milk shake they delivered? The Blizzard was still in somewhat solid form but the milk shake was simply just cold sweet milk. I still maintain that DQ can still serve up the best milkshakes when they are on top of their game. Too bad this one was a miss.

Awkward, slow service. The worker at the register seemed to be sort of “trying” but it still took 25+ minutes from paying to getting our ice cream, and then the order was incorrect and we had to wait another five minutes for someone to notice us standing at the counter waiting for a spoon. The ice cream was okay (even if the wrong kind) but it wasn’t worth the time or $ or waiting additional time to have it corrected.
