Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I went through the drive thru last night and the guy that took our order and took our payment was totally rude and definitely seemed like he didn’t like his job or helping customers even though that’s the whole point is to help customers. He should fake being nice or actually be nice or get a job that doesn’t involve customer service.

We come here quite a bit for ice cream and treats. They are always quick and the food is what you expect from a Dairy Queen.

Went in for a large sundae the drive thru menu said it was $4.59. The kid at the window said it was just under $6 dollars. Wow that’s a lot of tax, he said well it’s $5.59 plus tax. I told him his drive thru menu said $4.59 he stood there completely baffled. And the sundae he handed me was like a small not large. He said he could give me 10% off not sure why he can’t honor the price that’s stated on there menu and give me the $1 off. Complete rip off!! Won’t be back.

It's close to most

When I order “sauced and tossed” chicken tenders, I actually want to have them sauce and tossed, not just drizzled on top. Most of the time the order is correct, but every 1 and 3 times I order it someone just lazily drizzles the sauce on top and hardly has any sauce to spread through the 6 tenders I ordered.

Ordered a banana split. Toppings was almost non existent. Went a couple more times thinking maybe it was just the server but each time, less than a tbsp of the toppings.

The food is always cold/ bad/ OLD. This location is sooo bad and others think so too because of all the 1 stars. The owners need to sell or get new management and employees. I’m shocked this location is still in business

The last half of my blizzard only had one chunk of cookie dough. 😕

Going in at 5pm on Friday February 14, 2025 to order a cake. There were 6 or 7 teenagers working with ZERO adult supervision no cars in the drive thru and no one at the counter waiting for food.
I asked to put in an order for a personalized cake and the teens in the back were mouthing off saying “We don’t take cake orders!” Really rude like a small young blonde girl looked over the window asking Why are you asking as I was standing there, she turns and looks at me, Gives me a dirty look and still no one was willing to take my cake order.
I looked at her and said “Wow! You kids NEED adult supervision!” And walked out.

Worst customer service I have ever had!
I will NEVER order a cake or anything else from this DQ - Until there is some sort of come to Jesus moment or adult supervision! The absolute worst ever!

Worst DQ experience ever. Ordered 2 large cones, they were so tiny I thought they were size small. The pup cup wasn't even half filled. Cost nearly $10.

You lost our business. Just another company out to rob you in this get less, pay more world we seem to be living in. Ridiculous.

Ice cream has always been around 3 stars for me. I’ve given them many tries

Guy at the drive through was super rude to my wife. We had gotten most of our food and my wife asked him about our last item and he snapped back saying, “I know!” Once we got our food there was like half a handful in f fries

I usually enjoy my DQ experience. But this was my first time coming to this location. The kid at the counter was kinda rude, and when I asked to try the new menu item, he told me that he didn't think they had it. Then he turns around and asks the cooks, and you could tell they didn't want to make my food. After a couple of sighs, the cooks go back to the kitchen, and I get rung up for the Parmesan Chicken Basket. The rest of the customer service experience was mid, and my basket hardly had any fries in it. For the price I paid it was not worth it. Go to a different DQ. I won't be back.

They have started charging for pup cups which was a big disappointment but the pub cups are pretty cool they even have a milk Bone. We've been going there off and on for the last few years so this was a surprise

Me and my sister went to this Dairy Queen to get ice cream and the customer service was awful. The employee was talking bad about me at the window to his co worker as I could hear because I got the number of orders I wanted to do wrong. Very rude staffed
