I just went to the drive thru asked for a twist cone paid nd waited5 min just to be told they don’t have chocolate and ask do you want ice cream or not and the guy at the window laugh what kind of service is that

3 times this place has closed long before the 10pm marked time. Don’t risk going here, they won’t be open. One time I was lucky enough to get food I didn’t get any sauce and strips were hard!

I got a twist cone in the drive through. They handed me a twist cone. Chocolate tasted bad. Had to go inside and tell them it's bad. The kid said it was probably the chocolate. Gave me a vanilla cone. Well, why would he serve a chocolate cone with bad chocolate icecream thinking he could get away with it?? Disguising!

Everytime I come here after 9:30 the drive through refuse to serve us, claiming they felt like closing early, this is the 10th time this has happened to me. They need to change their posted drive thru hours if they don't won't to stay open till 10:00 pm.

This location closes before 10:00 ALL THE TIME. Change your hours if you’re not gonna be open till close.

Went through the drive through, I ordered a chicken strip meal with buffalo, ketchup, and fry sauce. Received NONE of those sauces. I also ordered a cheeseburger with NO ketchup mustard or pickles on it. Those were the ONLY ingredients on my burger. I am very upset with the kitchen staff for messing this one up. I even checked my receipt and it had everything on there the way I ordered it.

This place needs to be cleaned. Every booth was dirty. The floors under the booths and pop machine were filthy. Counters needed to be cleaned. Our food sat in the window until we went and asked for it. Hope to see some improvement, but I don't think we will be back

We've given this location a few tries and every single time it was horrendous. The wait time is horrible, both inside and drivethrough, the service is atrocious and the food quality is subpar. We will not be going back to this location.

Kid-friendliness: Actually i bought a sheet style ice cream cake for the Senior Citizen Center in Enterprise, Utah to celebrate a birthday !! It was easy to serve, everyone loved it, you can have your ice cream and cake too!!
I always take my Senior friends to lunch here as well!!

Placed a takeout order online Easter Sunday because Google said they were open. Further, the website took our order and our money and said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived for pickup the store was closed and locked. LAME! Fix your Google info and close your website to orders if you aren't going to be there! Wasted our time, gas, have to dispute credit card charges, and we're hungry. Super disappointed.
