Blizzard was tasty, but was not thick at all. Like soup. Worker's had very stale attitudes.

Went to dairy queen tonight and got two blizzards. One tasted good but they forgot the cookie dough (even though it was on the receipt). The other tasted SOUR. It was made with chocolate soft serve. I cannot make this up. We’re hoping we do not get food poisoning.

Food was not made fresh, dry hamburger, cold fries, service was brutal.

Went in for a Blizzard and was ignored at first as one employee was staring at his phone while another was cleaning the floor with a rag under his foot. The floor cleaner eventually took my order - his t-shirt was filthy, with a huge hole in the front and his demeanor was slovenly. I tried to ask him a question about my order but he completely ignored me. Like someone else said, my Blizzard was partially melted when I got it and was completely melted before I could finish it. To be fair, on a visit a few weeks before, an older guy served me at the drive-thru and he was great!

It's always sunnier with a dipped soft-serve!

i had to repeat my order 3 times at the drive thru and then be told to wait a second. i wait 5 minutes at the speaker box and finally give my order. they give me my blizzards and one had a hole that’s already leaking. both are totally wrong in what i ordered. since it was 10 pm and they were closed already, there was no way to fix them. this isn’t even the first time i get my order wrong. its my final time going to this location.

Did not tip the blizzards and they melted in 5 min. Grumpy window server. Mixing bowl mash up wa shade with vanilla ice cream. Worst Dairy Queen I've been to. Will go to Main st from now on!!

Hard to order food here speaking English. Asked for an Oreo dipped come (advertised on DQ website) and cashier looked at me funny and laughed saying they don't serve that. Was hard to order a butterscotch dilly bar. Not sure why. Language barrier I guess. The treats we ordered took a long time (2 dilly bars and 2 small blizzards) even though the restaurant was almost empty. Felt kind of like a hangout spot for employees that's interrupted by customers. When our order was finally done we didn't know. As far as I know it wasn't announced and they certainly didn't bring it. I can't to check on it and saw our order (ice cream treats) melting away on the counter. I asked how long it sat there and the employee said something like, only a few minutes. Was weird how little they cared. Despite the melting, the ice cream treats were still good.

I like DQ but not this location. Terrible across the board.

I'm going to shout out Dalton! He is the best worker ever and he was so nice! He even picked up all my napkins I dropped:)

Our ice cream orders took FOREVER.

Slow, and they messed up our order in several different ways. We finally just ate food made incorrectly because we didn't have any more time to wait.

Its fast food - were not big fast food eaters, and go maybe 5 times a year, if that.We always use the drive thru. We order the blizzards and pup cups! The blizzards are good - to be as expected (havent had one we disliked), the french fries have always been hot, fried nicely, and salted just right. BUT... if you like to give your dog a treat once in a while, our local DQ makes the best pup cups! They normally come with a little cream and a dog bone treat on top. Our pups love them!! The dogs will yip and whine with much excitement while waiting for their treat. The people handling our food and taking our orders have always been pleasant and friendly.

Specifically asked the cashier for a plain cheeseburger, and then they brought it out with everything on it. Went back to get it fixed, and the manager was very nice about it. But then 15 minutes went by without any word from them. Saw a couple of customers get their food before me. Went back to ask about my cheeseburger and turns out they forgot about it and it had been sitting out on their counter in the back for about 10 minutes. The cooks and cashier were all laughing about it in the back. And then it gave me diarrhea an hour later lol. But at least the cheese curds were good! And the manager/team lead was friendly!
