There were only 3 girls working pretty sweet though. Their drive through was kinda loaded so they were huddled over there talking to one of the customers(can only assume they were difficult) but as soon as one of them saw us she came over The dip n dots are dip n dots so really good

The staff of this place genuinely is terrible. I thought all the other reviews were dramatic but they are not. Management, fire your workers or train them for your own sake. EDIT: two blonde girls are the worst ones

Place says open until 11:00. We get there at 9:55 where two girls are in the back chatting. We walk up and wait to get talked to. They glance at us and look like they are smiling at eachother, ignoring us, then they proceed to take their drinks, run the trash out, while casting glances at us still smiling and snickering, then quickly run out the door without a word. Having the wrong time open is one thing but being absolutely unprofessional like that and to be honest absolutely rude is disappointing and a joke.

We love dippin dots! However........this place is not open until 12AM. Drove 15 min to find out they closed at 9PM. I showed up at 9:01 and was greeted with a hard "We're closed!" Took me asking 3 people to find out the actual hours. Apparently it closes at 8PM on Sundays for those wondering the actual hours.

We stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff stood in the corner chatting and not acknowledging us. The one kitchen employee saw us waiting, but kept talking. We finally asked if someone could help us and she pointed at us, but kept talking to the other employee, who did not come out to help us. We ended up leaving and taking our business/money to ColdStone.
The dipping dots were good and the place felt safe. The staff seemed annoyed and the lady that helped us complained about her shifts. She joked to another staff member about hitting a customer probably thinking I couldn't hear. I wouldn't go back personally but if you're craving dipping dots, you can at least get dipping dots.
