When I ordered on the app it said 10-15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and on the screen it showed that it had not even been prepped. They told me it would be 20 more minutes. I asked about why the app said it would be ready much sooner and they told me when it's busy the system isn't accurate.
The app finally showed the pizza ready and I asked dth gentleman if he could check on the pizzas. He stared at the screen, which had by now scrolled past my name. He said. I don't see that name. Both the app and the screen said the pizza was ready. But it was not ready for several more minutes.
I don't mind waiting, but in 2025, I expect if you are using tracking. Technology and everything is in your control, it should work.
I was late to the event, and I would not have ordered of the original time said 50+minutes. Which is fine it's a Friday.

Always such a good experience when I come here and get pizza, the employees are amazing and work super hard. The food taste great and it’s at a reasonable price every single time! If you ever are looking for a good pizza, don’t hesitate to come here. Truly impressed from their delicious pizza!!

I tried to order online but it wouldn't place the order. I went to the store on river rd in st George ut, and they didn't have an order we r for me. So i placed the order in store and waited 30 min, the manager was notified of the problem and couldn't care less. 1-16-25 2600 hrs. Fix the problem!!!
