I tried to order online but it wouldn't place the order. I went to the store on river rd in st George ut, and they didn't have an order we r for me. So i placed the order in store and waited 30 min, the manager was notified of the problem and couldn't care less. 1-16-25 2600 hrs. Fix the problem!!!

This was the worst experience ever! We ordered food for delivery. After an hour it wasn’t delivered. So I went to pick it up. When I showed up after 15 minute drive. Still hadn’t been started. At the end of 1 hour 50 minutes I got my pizza. I asked the guy at the counter to do something for me since it was late. He gave me a 2 liter of pop. But come on really …. Terrible service! A few of the workers were standing in the kitchen eating pieces of pizza.

When I went over there to get a sandwich they had me do my card 2 times they told me that the first one didn't go through but it did it Siad approved and the 2 one I had no money left and it showed on my card that it went through so ya my sandwich is hard and kinda burnt

I placed an order at 7:30pm. The online tool estimated 27min to the door. It's now 40 minutes since placing my order, and the tool says it's still in prep. I had to call the store, and they said it will be another 30 minutes before they can get to it. I understand things get busy, but the online delivery estimate not being calibrated to reality is absurdly bad service.
9/10 times they forgot the sauce for my boyfriends buffalo chicken pizza. There are more times he has bought it with NO sauce than with the sauce. I don’t know how they ALWAYS forget it. We just got it delivered we are so tired of it coming with NO

This isn’t the first time I’ve had an order issue, but sometimes the app points for reporting an issue doesn’t recoup the cash/tip you’ve spent.

They gave our order to the wrong people and then made us wait. Two hours to get our pizzas. After this occurrence, they banned us from the dominoes location They did this with a statement saying that we “harassed ” one of their employees. This accusation was very false And that is why I am reporting this review as one star

Yeah, it's Halloween Night, but how about a realistic ready time. It's been an hour, and the original order and message said 8-10 minutes. In store, it's posted as 1-5 minutes for the last 40 minutes and it's still in Prep! Worthless automated ordering system.
