Durango’s Mexican Grill

They let dogs in even though it's a health code violation. The dog was even barking. The FDA laws prohibit animals in restaurants.

Had the sweet pork nachos they were good! The menu is a bit hard to see in line but the food was good and the staff was pleasant.

Restaurant had nice music and decor.

Not enough meat. Burritos are mostly beans and rice.

Comes wrapped like shit and not secure when you get salads delivered. All my sauces came spilled because someone decided to put the sauces under the salads. no other issues as far as i know.

Steak was tender, fresh, and lots of it. Love that they had a fresh hard taco bowl for the salad. Much better than Cafe Rio.

Always busy but worth the wait! I love the fajita veggies salad with a squeeze of lime, SOOO good!

Here’s the long and short of it. Is the food good? Yes. Just don’t ever get delivery or else it will be wrong. This has been an ongoing issue for well over two years now and it has not gotten better. I’ve been tracking it with all my orders at they are running just over a 60% success rate with correct orders on delivery. The craziest part is that I actually have a saved note that autofills when I reorder because it happens so often and even with that note that basically tells them to look at the order, they still mess that up. It’s either wrong ingredient or missing side/sauce. I’ve never been missing a meal. I’ve had the entirely wrong order once but that shares fault with the dasher. But good lord is it wild how often orders are messed up. The food is delicious…..when they get it right. I’m now done with my lengthy experiment and stat tracking. It just sucks that I can no longer order Durangos using Door Dash. I was in the food industry for a solid 15 years and I know mistakes happen. But consistent issues of repetitive nature are not mistakes. That’s just poor execution. And when they mess up will they make it right? Absolutely. But I’m tired of having to call to have them make it right and it completely defeats the purpose of delivery. And if they mess up my order that frequently, then I’m in shock what their total incorrect order count is.
So now I won’t be able to have Durangos often at all since we have to Dine In if we want to get the right order.

Don’t ever order food online here. I showed up to pick up my food at the time it said it would be ready and stood and waited for 40 minutes. The employees didn’t care one bit that it took that long. The manager Sydney took no accountability about the situation and all she could offer was “sorry your order must have got lost”. Absolute horrible customer service.

Durangos is excellent food & still priced right as others prices have risen. It also still gives you a good amount instead of so many places reducing the size.

I DoorDashed some food from here, and to say the least the doubled our order and I don’t know if it was an accident or on purpose but as the first time getting food from here we will definitely be back! The food was amazing!

Durangos is simply the pinnacle of Mexican cuisine! Every dish is bursting with authentic flavors, but the cheese quesadillas… my God, they’re a revelation. The perfectly melted cheese, the golden, crispy tortilla, an unbeatable balance of texture and taste. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is top-notch, and every bite transports you straight to food heaven. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out. Durangos is the gold standard for Mexican food!
