Someone took my food ! There was some mix up and some one took our food. We sat for a while and finally went up and asked and sure enough food was long gone. They remade it for me but then forgot the muffin -.- . Just kinda felt like I wasn’t cared for. But the food was good. The coffee is good.

I placed on order this morning for a bagel and coffee through Uber Eats. The driver was fine however the bagel came partially toasted with nothing. No cream cheese, butter not even a napkin. The coffee was the same, no cream or sugar etc. I called the store and was told I had to order those things separately! What a disappointment 😞

If you come after 10am don't bother. Have visited twice in one week and they were out of most bagels.

Horrible bagels, prob the worst I’ve tried. And they spread the cream cheese so thin it’s like it’s not even there. I ordered a garden sandwhich and even the tomato and onion were so thin.

I went in to get a bakers dozen, I asked for 6 jalapeño bagels and 7 regular whatever’s (nothing on them). It was $42 for just 13 bagels and two small things of spread. That’s insane prices. I used to enjoy going here but when I can get a 12 pack of “gourmet” bagels for $6 at smiths that are nearly as good, I think I’ll stick to that. I’d give it more than one star for the staff being friendly but what’s the point when the food is way over priced.

This particular Einsteins location and morning was mostly chaos. They forgot to give me the cup for my drink. I asked for a sliced bagel with my order to take home....it was not cut. I ordered a fresh orange juice and they didn't get it. When I asked the cashier for it, she looked confused but said she would get it from the back. She brought me a cup of orange flavored water. So, I then was back again asking for fresh orange juice because this was so watered down. (See photo). Some of the staff was just incompetent.

Super friendly staff despite the many guests, helpful and always with a smile, the bagels were very good, especially the Farmhouse, unfortunately other varieties were sold out, but that's a sign that others like it too.
Priced in the upper segment, it can't be more expensive.

I’ve been to other Einstein locations so I knew what to expect. Here the bagels were exceptionally small, some not even shaped like bagels. Super disappointing, won’t be back.

There were 7 people working and they couldn't keep up with orders because half of them were standing around. They were also not friendly and when I asked if they had cinnamon sugar bagels, the lady taking my order didn't even look and said no when there were 2 trays behind her. Irritating. They're also messing up orders and when people return the wrong order, they aren't making the food again, they are just re-giving the same food out. They know what they're doing is wrong because they ask the person returning the food if they touched it. Disgusting.

Pre ordered 2 Bakers Dozen of mixed bagels on Friday night for a Sunday morning pickup of 9-9:30. Told over the phone that they would be all set and ready for us and pre-sliced as I requested this. My husband dropped me off at church and went to pick up our order at around 9:40AM. Our order was not ready. The manager did admit he knew of the order, but that it slipped his mind that morning and so it was not taken care of. He did personally take care of the order and get everything done. But my husband had to wait, and the bagels were late due to this. ALSO, the pricing they have on their website is quite a price difference. About $4 per Bakers Dozen difference. When my husband mentioned this to the manager he said “well the online pricing may be different than the actual cost.” If I would have been waiting for the order I would have asked for the online price as it is what is advertised and also due to the error of not having our order ready.
IF I would have been the manager I would have offered a discount price for the purchase we made due to what occurred. Just saying.
