went for brunch with a friend very friendly service! The staff went out of their way to double check That I had already helped. very clean. One of the best everything bagels i’ve ever had-They were a little busy, but our coffee order came fast anyways. will be back again!

Dear Einstein Bagles before we go any further, it is important to let you know that I love you. Your bagles and coffe are delicious and your costmer service always exeed my expectations. I have been your faithful costumer for the past 10 years and I am in love with your products. I would like to call to your attention a few details that I found disappointing during my visit today (02/02/2026 @ 9:34). First and most important; The menue was moved from the entrance wall to the back wall behind the counter. This makes it impossible for me a person with vision issues to read it. Would you please put a second menu at the previous location for people like me to be able to read it? Another issue that called my attention was that even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all, all tha tables and floors where dirty. I don't mind cleaning my own table, but this makes the restaurant look less welcoming. And finally, my daughter mentioned that the soda machine looks like if it had not been cleaned for a long time, specially the area around and in the clear ice dispenser feature. Thank you for your attention and I am looking forward to find the restaurant in a cleaner condition on my next visit to be able to increase my 2 stars to a five star rating.

I had a great experience at the Einstein’s on River Road in St. George and wanted to give a well deserved shoutout to Emmarie.

Emmarie was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from start to finish. You can tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. She made the visit smooth, positive, and a great way to start the day.

The food was fresh, prepared correctly, and came out quickly, but the customer service is what really stood out. Employees like Emmarie make a big difference and are the reason people come back.
If management is reading this, you have a great employee representing your store. Highly recommend this location.

This location wouldn't toast bagels for me and my kids. Other locations don't have an issue with it.

The bagels and schmears are tasty. Smells delicious entering the restaurant. But the ordering process and customer service is very chaotic and poor.

I stopped by to buy a half dozen bagels for the office on my way in and spent around 45 minutes waiting. It wasn't all that busy. It felt like there are pretty obvious communication and systems problems here.

Came to the bagel shop looking for an egg sandwich. They gave me recommendations and it was truly amazing. Best breakfast place in town with lots of bagel options. Creme cheese options. Whatever you need they got it for breakfast bagels.

I’ve never experienced so much attitude from employees before. We walked up to the counter and the girl running the register said “what do you want” then gave so much attitude when telling us they were pretty much out of everything. She asked me what bagel I wanted with my Farmhouse sandwich and I said the one that it comes with is fine, and before I could get that out she said “nope, don’t have that one”. Hate writing bad reviews but I’d give less stars if possible..

Rare to give a bad review for anywhere but with how long I waited to get a simple bagel sandwich, I could have went and got a steak dinner, ate and left. Good grief haha.

I enjoy Einsteins bagels for their bagels so I really don’t expect a lot of fluff. Good service and they move you through pretty quickly
