This review is solely for the golf course, pro shop, and golf experience — not the Inn at Entrada, which we truly enjoyed. We did not dine or spend significant time at the country club itself.
Our experience golfing here was nothing short of miserable. The website, booking process, and staff all implied that golf was included with our stay at the Inn. When we arrived for our tee time and explained we had been told it was included, the staff allowed us to play without charging us. Then, upon checking out of our hotel, we were blindsided with nearly $400 in charges for one person to play 18 holes and rent clubs (and he only played 9 holes!). This was never communicated beforehand, and in my opinion, it was incredibly misleading and downright duplicitous.
On top of that, the fees are outrageous, the staff at the golf course and pro shop were unfriendly, unhelpful, and clearly cater only to their regulars. If you’re visiting from out of town — even as an avid golfer — expect to feel unwelcome and undervalued, especially for the price you’re paying.
The course itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and the groundskeepers were the only bright spot — kind, attentive, and deserving of far more credit than they get.
Between the outrageous fees, the lack of communication, and the rude and exclusionary attitude toward non-regulars, this was an expensive, frustrating, and disappointing experience. We will never golf here again, and we cannot recommend it to anyone visiting from outside the area.
Home to Lava Springs aka the location where High School Musical 2 takes place. There's houses, a golf course, a wellness center, and a club house. We only visited for a few minutes to snap a few photos.
Went to dinner as guests and enjoyed ourselves very much!
The Clubhouse has phenomenal food and service was great as well!
Golf enthusiasts will undoubtedly fall in love with Entrada. This 18-hole course, masterfully designed by the legendary Johnny Miller, offers a journey through breathtaking scenery with every swing. As the ball soars over ancient lava rock formations and lands on the lush green fairways, I can’t help but pause, take a deep breath, and soak in the tranquility of the moment. By evening, the setting sun casts a golden glow over the red rock landscape, transforming the game into an almost dreamlike experience. Even if you’re not a pro golfer, simply cruising around the course in a golf cart, feeling the breeze against your skin, is enough to make you fall in love with this place.

Golfed this course over the weekend as a guest with a member. The pro shop was very unprofessional the head pro said he was doing us a favor. WOW. The course is not that great either. This is not a “high end” club that I would want to belong to.
Wonderful amenities, great location

This is purely a GOLF review and more specifically the golf staff, all the way to the top. After playing hundreds of private courses, this was unfortunately by far the worst experience I've had. We were accompanied by our friend who is a member that only plays there a couple rounds per year. Without going into great detail, I was shocked at the way we were all treated (including the member). The course conditions were very mediocre. 5 out of 10. Course layout is 6 out of 10. Staff was a 2 out of 10. Not sure how a course like this will do when a 10 out 10 just moved in next door, but hoping them the best.

Great course
According to members of my traveling party, some movie of modern day significance was filmed here. It was quite the anecdote. Seems like a fine place to play golf.
My daughter love high school musical and wanted to see this place!
Incredibly beautiful! Surrounded by red rock cliffs and golf greens. A great place for a group gathering.
