I don’t normally do reviews, but this place deserves one! We were on vacation last week and stopped in twice. We tried to go a third time but they were closed (our fault for not checking hours) and were very sad. We could have ate here everyday! The service was quick despite how busy they were. The food was absolutely delicious. I can’t say enough great things.

Do I recommend? yes and no. they really know what they are doing when it comes to pastries. Pizza? definitely no. it was the worst I've had in a decade or more. so so greasy ..huge puddles of grease, after we used napkins to soak it up we tried to eat it but the crusty under was so wet it pulled apart instantly...too salty to enjoy...gave us stomach aches. you have been warned.

I was so excited to try this! I’ve only heard good things. My sourdough bread loaf was delicious. However, I also got a breakfast sandwich, and it came with runny scrambled eggs on it. I had a couple bites and then had to throw it away because it was runny and getting soggy as well. Which was so unfortunate because everything looked so good!

This is one of the best pastry shops we have ever visited. However, why can people make a cappuccino right. A traditional cappuccino is made with equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and foamed milk. They turned it into a latte with too much milk. Coffee flavor was good to help make up for being over milked.

We went to Farmstead for donuts and coffee 🍩☕. They had a ton of breakfast sandwich options, both sweet and savory, plus regular pastries and unique treats like cronuts and danishes. The donuts were beautifully decorated and almost too pretty to eat 😍. Their lattes are unique too, which I really enjoyed. The service was excellent—everyone was sweet and kind, making us feel truly cared for 😊. I highly recommend checking this place out if you love a mix of creative flavors and friendly vibes!

OK, "3 stars" is actually too low, all things considered. The food offerings are pretty darned good. Good quality, good tasting. Anything I don't like or you wouldn't like is almost certainly just our personal preferences. Price wise, they are on the high side, in fact a little too high. But the quality is there and the employees are friendly. So why a "3"? Because the place is too damned LOUD! They have speakers (it seems like) all over the place, and every one of them are set on a ridiculously over loud volume. It actually hurts me to go in there! Businesses would be wise to realize that America has been in one war after another for a couple decades ( I've been in 3 wars and 2 terrorist actions), and there are thousands upon thousands of Veterans. We like to shop and eat and enjoy a pastry and coffee while talking with friends and family as much as the next guy. But most of us have hearing issues, and a very large number of us are also Seniors. We cannot handle that really ridiculous volume! Honestly, the building isn't that big. There is Zero reason for that level of volume. And for this reason, my wife and I, my friends, and I can never sit and enjoy the food or drinks.

Farmstead is such a treat and my husband and I make it a point to stop by everytime we're in the area! I usually go for the Cesar salad with chicken and latte and hubby gets all sorts of treats. I placed my order and we quickly moved down the line because there were quite a few people. Because of that, I didn't notice that the chicken salad croissant sandwich was places in the box instead of my salad. At the register, my husband was talking to me and I was focused on my latte. My fault for not paying attention but because I didn't want the bread (my own health reasons) I dared go back to request a switch. I didn't get a name but a young gentleman happily gave me the salad and chicken and made it so easy! No questions asked. Everyone is always kind and cheerful. Wanted to leave a positive comment that eventhough I was mainly at fault, this employee has happy to correct it. Farmstead is awesome! 🙌

I have been eating here for years, and have loved it until today. Our server was rude. They used to pile on the chicken salad in the croissant. Today there was about a table spoon of chicken salad. Nowhere near a meal. I ate at the Springdale store last week and did get a generous portion. I will never again dine at the St George store.

BEST BAKERY EVER! We had to go back again after we discovered this place on a trip to St. George! We tried a breakfast crossaint, honey pecan scone, cinnamon roll, and a knoughnut. They were all delicious! Best cinnamon roll I’ve ever tasted! The Kroughnut was also a favorite! Everything about the place is awesome! Farmstead, you nailed it! Would definitely recommend!!!

Stopped in on our way home from Zion National Park. Happened to be the same day as a marathon, so it was impossible to get around downtown St George - but we made it. Came here based on good reviews, and stood in a modest line before ordering nearly a dozen delicious items from Pies to Sandwiches to Latte's. Ordered so much, my hands were full when I left and didn't realize until 4 hours later that my eye glasses stayed behind. THANK YOU to Farmstead for mailing my glasses to me, and I absolutely look forward to another day in St George when we can grab brunch again!

Parking: HUGE public parking lot across the street.
