Fun to create your own or get recommendations from the staff - they even offered to make previous menus items that were no longer listed. The best.

Absolutely love the soda options. Can even make great custom ones unlike other soda shops. I’ve occasionally given other soda shops a try like swig and such, but Fiiz is soooo much better! Really friendly happy staff too. I am a regular for sure! Love my Drama Mama drink to kick off a nice day and give me energy!

While visiting St. George with friends we stopped in and the staff was great! We thought that the stand up fridge with Monsters was for the public so my spouse decided to look at the labels, but it was not open for the public.... The staff was nice enough to not get mad and patient enough to not make us feel dumb for being dumb. The service was fast and the place was spotless. Keep up the good work.

When I walked into the store, the atmosphere felt negative and full of attitude—probably because I didn’t use the drive-thru. There were no other customers, just me, yet I was completely ignored. I had to ask one of the four employees, who were all standing around ignoring me, for help, and all I needed was a gift card. I love Fizz, but these entitled workers could use a reality check! I felt like such a nuisance even giving this place business today. 10-17/24 @1:30pm.
I have been coming here for years because the products and service have been great but this will be my last time. The price has gone up over the years, and the quality has gotten worse. I started getting a smaller drink recently to lessen the price, but it’s still too expensive now. Today, I had a bad customer service moment, and I’d rather spend my money somewhere else where the quality is as good as the price. I don’t have a lot of extra money to spend, but I chose to spend it here today…and I just did not appreciate how I was treated. (Maybe someone can let me know of a better drink place to start going to now)

My wife and I have been loyal customers of this Fizz location for years on a daily basis. Today there were about six cars ahead of me so I decided to park and go in. I was the only customer inside after waiting a bit and not being acknowledged I asked if someone could help and take my order.I was ignored, I asked again and was rudely told "we are a drive thru we have to move the cars first" when I asked for the manager I was told "if you're going to be rude you can leave".Wow, luckily you're not the only place in town that sells soda, you just lost a customer.

The order was incorrect. My husband ordered a frozen hot chocolate with NO whipped cream. They added the whip cream anyway.
