Firehouse… you are better than this. Pickup order. Order was not in the rack. Waited about 6-7 mins after due time, before i walked up and and asked about the order. They handed it to me, sitting on their counter. Not a hot sub anymore. Best sandwich in town. Great place. Just needed at least a “can I help you” as I stood there looking at the 3-4 people doing there thing.

If you are Celiac or severe reaction to gluten DO NOT go here!
I do understand it’s a sandwich shop but when I asked about cross contamination as I have celiac disease (not my choice) the lady was very rude to me as she stated they are a sandwich shop and there are no guarantees. They did remake my sandwich but as the other worker did she rolled her eyes and was clearly bothered that she had to do that.
If you work in a restaurant maybe educate yourself on what celiac disease is as it’s not something someone just asks to get or has a choice.
We want to be treated with good customer service as well.
Being that you’re in customer service then maybe being a little nicer with more compassion would go further.

Awful awful awful. Rude staff a total of 4 girls and the 3 sub makers are only actually two who are making them. One girl is just standing there. I waited 40 minutes for a cold sub for my DoorDash order.

Used to love this place but the last few times it’s been horrible. Walked into a smokey dining area so the exhaust was having trouble in the building. The two workers were working, like mad to take care of all of the to go orders and dine in orders. Being overworked caused them to short step their process which intern had them handing food out with sauces all over the packaging and bags because they didn’t have time to remove them. Granted not all of this happened on the same trip for the last several visits I’ve had the same feel.
