If you are Celiac or severe reaction to gluten DO NOT go here!
I do understand it’s a sandwich shop but when I asked about cross contamination as I have celiac disease (not my choice) the lady was very rude to me as she stated they are a sandwich shop and there are no guarantees. They did remake my sandwich but as the other worker did she rolled her eyes and was clearly bothered that she had to do that.
If you work in a restaurant maybe educate yourself on what celiac disease is as it’s not something someone just asks to get or has a choice.
We want to be treated with good customer service as well.
Being that you’re in customer service then maybe being a little nicer with more compassion would go further.
Customer service was awful!

Awful awful awful. Rude staff a total of 4 girls and the 3 sub makers are only actually two who are making them. One girl is just standing there. I waited 40 minutes for a cold sub for my DoorDash order.
Used to love this place but the last few times it’s been horrible. Walked into a smokey dining area so the exhaust was having trouble in the building. The two workers were working, like mad to take care of all of the to go orders and dine in orders. Being overworked caused them to short step their process which intern had them handing food out with sauces all over the packaging and bags because they didn’t have time to remove them. Granted not all of this happened on the same trip for the last several visits I’ve had the same feel.

Normally I love firehouse subs and come here often. Came in the evening ordered a French dip sandwich, I have had before they are so good, when they called my name for the order I asked for my Au Jus sauce they said they were out. I totally get being out of the sauce in the evening but that should have been mentioned when I ordered a French dip sandwich. So I ate a dry French not dip sandwich. 😂

I reached out on the survey option and was told someone would contact me about my experience. It's been over a month. Generally Firehouse provides great food. This visit I ordered the new turkey, cranberry and stuffing sandwich. I was only able to take one bite. It was pretty much a stuffing sandwich. All I really wanted was someone to call and make it right.

Eaten at several firehouse subs around the states, this was the most filthiest store I’ve ever been to. I feel so sad as you people represent our first responders I would suggest that your employees be taken to the fire station and get trained on how to clean. I would hope that your management would get in front of this as firehouse subs represents our fireman.Your store Surely shows a lack of respect for our first responders.

Nobody answers the phone. It goes into a mailbox system. Several days in a row. Corporate number is no longer answered, only directs you back to the website. Chat service has now been outsourced overseas. There is absolutely no way to get in touch with the restaurant/staff without going in person. Ordered online for future pickup several times and no support from the people making the food. Roll of the dice. They have gotten our orders wrong every time. The food is good, but not worth the hassle. I'm recommending just about every competitor out there. You'll have a better experience with Jimmy John's or Capriotti's for hot sandwiches.

Cuban was not available so we got brisket sandwhich. Disgusting. Tasted like a crappy roast beef sandwhich with bbq sauce. Terrible. Probably not eating there anymore. Their cuban was always the best. Why they stopped making i dont know.

I am currently going through chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer at the cancer center in St. George and stopped in for the first time to have lunch after the treatment. As anyone that has been through this can tell you, eating is not a big priority, but I’m telling you, theses subs are the best that I have had and this is coming from someone who’s taste buds are shot. I am stopping in for lunch after every treatment from now on, they are so good. My wife who has to drive me to and from the hospital agrees with me, just in case you don’t trust my tastebuds.

I ordered off the create your own menu. I ordered the 12” ham on whole wheat bread. The sandwich was really great, but the whole wheat bread didn’t hold up. It was mushy by the time I reached the end of my sandwich. So, next time I would try the white bread.
Otherwise, all was perfect. The store is clean and well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the Olympic Games on the big screen while eating my lunch.

I always get a hook and ladder this time. All I got was turkey no cheese and it wasn’t warm. This is like the second time now I’ve gone in and they haven’t done what I have asked.
I tried 3 times to pay and when the tip came up I opted none because they are not servers. I waited in line, paid for it myself, picked up my own food and cleaned up after myself. When I pressed none for tip it canceled my charge. Tried three times and every time the same. The fourth time I pressed custom tip. I had to put in $1 then it let me check out. Totally unacceptable! You are not a sit down restaurant where they come out to serve us. Stop forcing us to tip for mediocre service!! I have told my whole family to stop frequenting your establishment.
