Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Staff moved efficiently between tables.

The only negative is that my idea of a mustard, kraut dog has enough kraut to taste! I have now tried 3 times and each time there is like a tiny bit of kraut, almost invisible!

I just came by Freddy’s to eat tonight and as I entered there were two Freddy’s employees standing 3 feet from the main entrance blowing vape smoke. Like seriously? I love Freddy’s but have some common sense, especially if your an employee there. I don’t want to be inhaling someone’s smoke as I'm walking in to eat.

The burgers are not the traditional patties. Very thin and a little salty. The fries skinny but many. The chocolate delight sundae was yummy and creamy. The custard made it creamy. The chili cheese dog was good. Liked the bun. We liked that you can order your ice cream with your food and put it on hold until you are done eating

The girl with glasses and a ponytail working in the drive thru line is incredibly rude. Like probably the rudest fast food worker I’ve ever experienced and that’s saying a lot. I never write reviews but her behavior was utterly shocking. I work in the service industry and train customer facing folks everyday and she would be out of one of my facilities in the blink of an eye. If you’re the manager you seriously need to pay attention to what your team is doing.

I ordered a BBQ brisket burger and tots with cheese. The burger was ok, brisket was kind of dry thankfully it had a burger patty under the brisket that provided a little moisture. The tots were supposed to have a green chili cheese sauce on them but there was no cheese when I received my order. I'm a coca cola type and they have Pepsi products so I was a little disappointed in that. Service was awesome though.

This is a great location due to its size. Usually you'll get lunch and dinner rushes but the food is always served quickly. Freddy's has excellent burgers and the fries are good too. The shakes are where they really hit their stride. Always a good classic bite to eat.

I went through the drive up. The worker was very personable. Unfortunately, the hamburger and tater tots were so salty I couldn't eat them. FYI I don't salt anything so take my comment with that in mind.
