Stumbled upon this on accident, my mom was looking for coffee and I just chose whatever cafe I found on Apple Maps.
We were unsure when we got in and looked at the menu because it’s vegetarian. We were going to walk out because none of the food look appetizing menu wise but we gave it a try. 1000/10
I had never had vegetarian food before and it tasted delicious, couldn’t even tell anything was plant based. We will def be coming back when we travel through St. George, make the stop!!

I got the nachos and they were delicious. It's always nice to find good vegan food. The workers were nice and the service was fast.

Such a family friendly breakfast / lunch spot. Kids love eating out by the tree. Food is amazing. The bagel sandwich is amazing. You can add and take away stuff on it. Kids love the açaí bowl. Staff is great.

Absolutely love Gaia’s and their amazing staff! I’m a total regular when it comes to their matcha drinks. I’ve tried so many matcha drinks around town, and Gaia’s is hands down a 10/10 nothing else even comes close! Plus their baristas are truly the best and the sweetest, too!

One day I ordered a different matcha drink online because my usual matcha drink showed as out of stock. When I was on my way in they called me and said they actually were out of matcha so I walked in to switch it to a coffee instead but the barista told me she had actually found a little bit of matcha and made my usual drink for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture and totally made my day!

I rave about this place to my friends, family, and coworkers all the time. Not to mention, the shop has such a safe, welcoming, and inclusive vibe so it’s genuinely one of my favorite places to step into!

This is a favorite for me. This time I got the BLT with Kettle chips and a plethora of baked goods which are always moist and delicious.

Stopped in for breakfast today. Friendly service. Delicious and screaming hot burritos. Delicious and hot latte. And…still warm, fresh apple coffee cake. We’ll be back for sure!

We had three different lunch items. They were all delicious. We had the grilled cheese and tomato soup, BLT with salad and roast beef with potato chips. The grilled cheese was everyone’s favorite, but we liked everything. Updated from previous review on 2025-11-26

Had a great brunch with my wife and sister-in-law. I got the breakfast burrito, my sister-in-law got the breakfast sandwich, and my wife got the godfather toast. My sister-in-law isn't vegan and didn't even realize her sandwich was vegan. She was so impressed and I really think that says a lot. My wife really loved her toast and all the options that were available without worrying whether they were vegan or not. I also enjoyed an Amber Energy coffee which was very good. The service was nice and efficient and the vibes in the cafe were great. Would definitely recommend.

I was so excited to try this place, as I had heard many good things. The place was stunning and I appreciate a queer space in southern Utah. However, the workers were far from friendly, it was very expensive, and my drink was horrible. Unfortunately this place wasn’t worth the hype.

I'm here for my daughter's school function and it's usually very hard to find somewhere that has good vegan options. And this place is amazing. We both got breakfast burritos and a pastry. I got a coffee. And I'll probably be back tomorrow morning before I head back home. I highly recommend this place.

NO LONGER VEGAN. Eggs and honey are not vegan so this restaurant is no longer a vegan establishment no matter how they try to spin the change. Literally the only vegan place in town that I didn't have to worry about, so very disappointing. Menu has changed and not for the better even if they leave out the animal products. Large nachos gone and several other products no longer being served or changed. Staff is not kind about long time customers unhappy with changes. It's the little things that make a restaurant like changing fresh items for canned while the prices increase the service and products have gone down. Less for more seems to be the norm these days unfortunately but I expect more from small businesses that can do better and choose not to. For the people in the back, EGGS AND HONEY ARE NOT VEGAN

Never, again! Went back to reconsider my concerns. Bought a handpie that was in the case with their other baked goods. Turned out it was a CHICKEN egg! So, NIT only offered as an add on and NOT 100% vegan! Be aware

They've changed things and not necessarily for the better. No longer completely vegan. Offers eggs, now. Plus, the music was foul.
