Advisory/Recommendation: personally I own no children. But if you are in possession of some, this place definitely has gremlins eating well and sitting down. The grilled cheese was on a sour dough, well baked and even keeled. Like yknow when the bread gets too greasy and you’re like, I love cheese but I’m good thanks? None of that here. The cheese retained its heat after sitting for about 8mins, since I had to eat my rice bowl.Elected to choose the Buddha. Why? It felt like it had the rice blend of greens and the homemade sauce. Plus, I don’t think I needed to eat lunch or dinner after the bowl. It erased the general hunger you’d associate with rabbit food. So great cooking choices by the cafe. And, almost not needing mention, the coffee is an easy win. There are times I wonder why I’d buy coffee on the road when I have a coffee bar at home. And this is why. They do it that much better

AWESOME vegan joint! Every time I go to St George I have to stop in here for their smoothie bowl! I love it so much that I really wanted to be able to make my own when I'm home (especially since I only make it to St George about 1x per year), they spent a couple of minutes to tell me what all goes into making the bowls so I can enjoy them year round! I will continue to go here EVERY TIME I make it to St George! Awesome service, food and atmosphere!Dietary restrictions: VeganLots of GF optionsWas able to easily accommodate my olive oil allergy

Order the nachos. I'm sure everything else on their menu is tasty and there were many other choices that were tempting, but my girlfriend and I ended up splitting a full size nacho plate and we loved it. It's hard to mess up nachos, but it's also hard to make them stand out and we both felt like these were pretty top notch. The full size plate is enough for a 3 people if no one is particularly hungry, but we were both ready to eat and it ended up being perfect for the two of us. We didn't order anything else though, so don't be scared of the half size if you plan to order something else as well. The full size is definitely too much for one person (this isn't a challenge).Other than the nachos this was a cute little cafe and we both loved the interior design, art, and mural. They have an excellent front patio that I hope to come back and use on a warmer day as well!Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu was vegetarian and it all looked delicious!Parking: They have a few spots in the parking lot and street parking looked like a good option as well. On a busy day with the patio open, I could see it being pretty difficult to find a spot.

Vegan or not this is a great restaurant to try! The Southwest bowl has great flavor and my personal go to! My kids love the smoothie bowls, especially the coconut bowl. I love that they make their peanut butter drizzle, Carmel drizzle and date drizzle/sweetener in house. The food is always fresh and delicious.Vegetarian options: I love having an all vegan restaurant here in town. It is nice that they have alternative meats/cheeses but also meals that don’t need a vegan alternative like pitaya bowls. I know some non-vegans get weirded out by “fake” meats/cheeses so it’s nice to have other options too.

This place is like the cherry on top of the pie in St. George. It’s my go to for any hunger pains that come upon me. The breakfast burrito is my all time fav.

Stopped here on my way to Zion. I'm vegetarian and saw this place is vegan with great reviews and decided to give it a try. The cashier was very helpful with recommendations and answering any questions I had. I ordered a coffee with the biscuits and gravy. My friend had a grain bowl with the avocado toast. I ordered soy with my coffee and some vanilla flavoring. It was made perfectly where I didn't have to sweeten it. We both really enjoyed our food and I felt the portions were just right where I wouldn't be overly full but just satisfied. They have indoor and outdoor seating but it seems more people sat indoors since it was a little cool outside. Overall this was a great pick and I wouldn't hesitate coming here again if I'm ever in the area.

Adorable and quirky spot. We wanted one of everything but ended up with the just egg breakfast sandwich and the seitan roast beef. The ciabatta bread was incredible.

I go to St. George just did this restaurant. Everything is worth a try. Homemade strawberry matcha was a dream.
