I absolutely love this restaurant! The staff is kind and attentive! I got the Rich Rich and it was incredibly delicious! The food was perfect and authentic. I wouldn’t change one thing about this place! The man who helped us was so sweet! 10/10 recommend!

First time eating here and we were extremely impressed. Everything we ordered was outstanding. The gyoza were fantastic—especially with the dipping sauce. The crab rangoons were excellent, the noodle bowl was packed with flavor, and the ramen was likely the best I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be coming back often.

We had a wonderful experience at Genki Ramen, Noodle Bar. We were greeted promptly and received excellent service from start to finish. The restaurant was very clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the ramen was absolutely amazing. You can really tell they take pride in both their food and customer experience. We went to Genki Ramen as we saw really good reviews and were excited to try. We were disappointed by the food and service. Ramen noodles was not properly cooked and soup base tasted weird. The server was also rushing everyone to finish food and leave.

Ordered online through the Google Maps app. Got a few ramen bowls using the “custom” option which makes it sound like it comes with everything unless you remove it….that is NOT the case. We got a bowl of soup and noodles, that’s it. So don’t use the custom option unless that’s really all you want. Cost the same as already built noodles too. Why would they have it as an option if you can’t even add anything to it? So odd. Probably would have had a better experience ordering in the restaurant. Food was as good as other ramen places otherwise.

Ordered Black garlic bomb and my wife ordered Volcano Miso. Food was good and reasonably priced. I like more salty so I should've gotten the Shoyu Ramen, but my wife absolutely loved the Volcano Miso Ramen.
Genki Ramen in St. George is like your mom in the most irresponsible, chaotic way possible, Genki is hot, comforting, and absolutely not something you were prepared to think about this much, like your mom.
The broth is so steamy it makes you nervous to slurp it in public, like people might start asking questions you’re not ready to answer, like my relationship with, you guessed it, your mom.
Every noodle clings harder than emotional baggage at a family reunion, and honestly, respect.
This place turns a simple bowl of ramen into an experience that feels slightly illegal in Utah but spiritually necessary, sort of like my relationship with your mom.
The heat level doesn’t whisper, it leans in real close and says things that make you sweat and question your life choices.
If ramen could flirt, this would be it with no boundaries, no shame, just vibes and sodium.
Seven out of five stars, because Genki Ramen is the kind of hot that ruins other meals for you and makes you text people you shouldn’t, like your mom. 🍜🔥

The ramen was good but it did not beat Black Ramen from Soul Ramen (Personally). Main highlight was Zynn. He was our waiter and really made this place all it was. He was so friendly and kind and always made sure we were checked on and happy. Soul Ramen has my heart for the best ramen in town but this places spicy wonton and gyozas were delicious and fresh.

Finally! A really good Japanese restaurant in St George. Diverse Japanese menu beyond ramen. I hope to be a weekly customer. Mother and grandmother were from Japan and this has restored my ability too have home cooked style Japanese comfort food. Thank you Genki Ramen
