This visit was a very positive overall experience, especially considering the price and variety offered.

The adult buffet price is $14.49, which felt fair for the quality and selection. Children are priced around $8–$9, and seniors receive a $2 discount on the adult price, making this a solid option for families and older guests.

Food quality stood out more than expected for a buffet. The baked chicken legs were cooked properly, crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, with light caramelization on the skin. Bourbon chicken was well seasoned and maintained the familiar flavor profile it is known for. Rice was evenly cooked, soft without being mushy, and had a light buttery flavor.

Fish was cooked correctly with a moist interior and light browning, and vegetables such as boiled cabbage and carrots were tender and evenly seasoned with oil. Food rotation was frequent, and it was noticeable that trays were being refreshed regularly rather than left sitting.

The taco bar was clean and easy to access. Taco shells were intact, the seasoned beef was not overpowering, and the nacho-style cheese sauce was smooth and well blended. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh greens and toppings. Salad bar chicken was slightly overcooked and underseasoned, but still acceptable. Cucumbers were freshly cut, though slightly aged, while pickles were crisp and properly brined.

Comfort foods were generally strong. Meatloaf was well balanced with good texture and flavor. Mac and cheese had good cheese flavor, though slightly clumped from delayed mixing. Lasagna was very cheesy, though some pasta layers were slightly undercooked. Chicken and dumplings were a highlight, well seasoned with tender chicken and good dumpling texture, and appeared largely untouched by other guests.

Cold items like macaroni salad were refreshing and properly chilled, while potato salad showed signs of sitting longer, with mixed temperatures. Desserts were fresh, including a soft peanut butter cookie with chocolate frosting.

Service was attentive and friendly, with the server checking in regularly and being helpful throughout the visit. The only drawback was restroom cleanliness, with one stall unavailable at the time.

Overall: good food quality, attentive service, frequent food rotation, and fair pricing. A strong value buffet experience and one I would return to.

I like this place but it's too much to bring my family to. My kids eat 1/2 a slice of pizza and 2 macaroni noodles each and thats all. So if I go again it will just be by myself.👌

We waited to pay to get in while workers were visiting behind the counter. Once seated we did get some service. Some of the foods were obvious but other options I didn't know what they were, no labels. The drinks were not very good. Not enough flavor.

I mean it's Golden corral. The scratch is an inch. They can't be scratched anywhere else.. lol been coming here since I was a kid. Will continue coming here till the day I die.

My mother and I went to the Golden Corral for Thanksgiving and each of us received a wishbone from the turkeys. The food here was excellent as well as the service.

This is an update to my previous all 5 stars review.
It appears that this place is going downhill fast.
Nobody EVER picks up the phone there and they do not provide important information online or on Google maps.

Ill be taking my business to the buffet next door.

It's been many years since we've been to Golden Corral Buffet. The food was even better than we remember it. Everything was clean & the staff was very helpful & friendly. We will be back.
