For a buffet restaurant, they have something for everyone! Especially love the cotton candy touch. Just shows it's a fun place to eat, come hungry!Kid-friendliness: They have COTTON CANDY AND mac and cheese. Kids will be happy, in a adult and it made me happy!!!
My husband and I dined at the St. George Golden Corral #2496 on 4/10/24.We had 2 wonderful girls greet us and served us our drink refills. They were Lesi, she was so nice, smiled at us and was very friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Then her shift was over and Paulina came on and she too was just as sweet and attentive.We go to GC at least 1 time a month.The food is Always fresh and they keep the place pretty darn clean.We'll go back and enjoy another meal soon!

The pork ribs were very lean, with good flavor. The shrimp were very good. The mushrooms were probably the best I've had, & the fresh baked rolls were super. The ice-cream & pecan pie were just okay. We will definitely be back when we're in this area.

The food's fine. More importantly, my dad tried to come here, and asked to use the bathroom while he was waiting for someone to meet him. They wouldn't let him in, and he made a mess of himself. I think that's kinda heinous.
I went to get some steak and the guy serving it was putting raw steaks out on the grill and then got my steak with the same tongs. That's like food safety 101 not to cross contaminate. I told our waitress and asked her to tell the manager. The manager never came and talked to us. I didn't feel comfortable eating anything else there because if that is how they are handling food out in the open, one can only imagine what is going on behind closed doors. We were there with little kids and it worries me that they could get sick. It really frustrated me that they were so careless with preparing the food. Probably won't come here again, not worth getting sick for mediocre food anyway.
