Husband and I are in town from St Louis. Delicious sandwiches, scones, and sugar cookie! The employee was very sweet and helpful.

Customer service was the WORST. Cashier did not know how to run a gift card on the machine. I was there for 10 minutes as she tried to figure it out. Then after she finally figures it out, she tells me I cannot redeem my punch cards for a free loaf of bread because I used a gift card. If I'm paying almost $10 for a loaf of bread please figure out how to be kind to your customers.

Went for a sandwich right as school was ending. The sweet associate, I didn’t catch her name, was working alone. She seems rather busy. Apologized several times for the wait (which wasn’t even a wait IMO) she evened offer a free scone for the wait. Had students coming in and out to use the restroom, DoorDash orders and such. And then gave us amazing sandwiches obviously made with some love. Look at that cheese!!! Great place as always. I love this location

Came in and they were out of Turkey and other items. There was only one kid working. He tried his best. Waited for one hour. Watched him refund 7 people there money after they waited a long time.

Always great food and the prices are at least as good as your average fast food chain. Service is good, but usually very young people working there. Not saying that's bad, but people skills can be hit or miss.

The staff is so wonderful. Friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. The food is fabulous, fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable. It's a favorite lunch stop for us.

The food was delicious, guy wth longer hair was really nice! The only complaint I have is due to a woman there wearing a tye dye shirt. She claimed to be from corporate or something. She was rude the the employees and did not stop talking the entire time I was there trying to eat. She definitely brought the atmosphere down and had some bad energy. Thankfully she doesn't work at this location so I'll definitely be going back.

Amazing bread, love cinnamon burst the best. The homemade cookies are duvine and even taste healthier. We stopped in for some breakfast, which was filling but not my favorite. I will stick to the bread and lunches.

Worst Great Harvest I’ve ever been too. Ordered a turkey sandwich add cucumbers, although the store has cucumbers they won’t add it to a sandwich if it’s not a regular item??? Slow service, bathroom gross had pee all over to toilet ring. Go to the port of subs in the same complex, I’m sure you will be much happier!
