We love their food but on Saturdays when we order on their website our order it is never ready and they always say they didn’t get a notification. It’s very frustrating. But otherwise they are great!

First time in, went in for orange cinnamon roll hving been online to view their menu - but they didn't hv any flavor but reg cinnamon roll. Shame, cause mixing up the 3 different crm cheese icing & refrigerating them, cld render 3 different flavor profiles - just ice to order! Instead, the case had a meager selection of a cookie (iced or not), brownies (iced or not), a scone only cinnamon. So no variety of product - what wld you market? Granted, the cinnamon roll was okay but nothing special in looks or flavor. Left me wondering if the 20 menu sandwiches offered, were only 5 truly avail to be made?
Okay, they're a bread shop so at least shldn't I see 25(?) beautiful loaves behind the counter, of at least 5 different varieties, begging to be cut? No...
Struck me as a small, struggling, shop that can't decide whether they shld remain open...or close. So sad.

I recently visited Great Harvest Bread Co., and the experience was a bit mixed. The atmosphere was fine, but initially, the staff didn’t come across as very welcoming. There was an issue with the service — after placing my order, people who arrived after me received their food first.
To their credit, the staff did apologize for the delay, which I appreciated. I ordered the Tucson Chicken sandwich. It was okay in terms of flavor, but not particularly memorable.
While the food was decent and the apology helped, the overall experience didn’t leave a strong impression. I might consider giving it another try, but it wasn’t my favorite visit. I hope you guys can make better impression in the future

Great harvest is seriously such a letdown at this location. Took 30 minutes to get our food out and people that ordered after us got their food before. The order was wrong at first and they took it back for another 15 minutes. Ended up with no pickles (even though we asked) and no tomato on my sandwich. Super disappointed!!
I’ve always been to Great Harvest for their yummy bread and cinnamon rolls , but had no idea it would be a favorite lunch spot of mine as well. The grilled chicken salad was huge and so good!

Sandwiches were soggy, ordered two whole sandwiches to go with pickles. When we opened the bag we had 1 whole, and one half sandwich the bread choice was wrong and no pickles. Paid for more than we got for sure. Not impressed. Also menu options were not available. That is the second week with such experience at two different locations.

This business has gone downhill. First time here since moving back and it will be the last nine dollar loaf of bread I buy here. Felt like I was an inconvenience to the counter help. You used to be always greeted by a friendly person. No more samples? Management decided they were tired of making more money because people liked what they tried?

First off, the vibe is really awkward. Felt like I came in after they closed (I didn’t, they’re open 3 more hours). There were 4 employees there and no customers when I walked in and somehow none of them managed to acknowledge me. It’s a small store so this was almost impressive. There is also no music. They were doing chores around me but not letting me know where they were trying to go so I just felt in the way and super uncomfy. I stood back and read the menu for a couple minutes and then stepped up to the counter to order. There are three employees still standing behind said counter and they all just kept doing what they were doing. Which if they were busy is understandable, but whatever they were doing sure looked like doing nothing. I ordered a whole Adam and Eve sandwich which came out to $10.56. It’s a very similar store to Kneaders so I was expecting similar size and quality. This isn’t the case. When they say whole sandwich they are talking about grocery store sandwich bread size of sandwich. Taste was decent, but I was expecting better. The food was fresh and the store seemed clean, but ultimately I’m $11 in the hole and still starving. Probably won’t ever be back
The staff was very nice, and knowledgeable. Bought a wheat and a white loaf, and they both were delicious!. Definitely will be going back. ?

Went due to seeing the free cinn roll. Bought half a sandwich as well. I am sorry, but almost $8 for a sliver of a sandwich?!?! Come on! My hand is bigger! What a joke. I won't be coming back anytime soon. What a rip off!!
Admittedly, I only went to this location because it was on the perks pass app. (Which saves you 10%), but holy cow, I ordered a spicy turkey sandwich, which wasn't very spicy, but man was it flavorful. Has me already craving another one. I kind of had it in my head that great harvest just did bread, but it's about to become one of my regular spots. Food was reasonably priced and tasted absolutely delicious. Happy to recommend the with 5 stars and if you read my reviews, I give 5 stars only to the best of the best. The only complaint I have is that the sandwich was a bit messy to eat. A forgivable offense if the flavors are good enough. ?
