To R Taylor, maybe since only 2 tables were occupied, you could have been a lot more flexible. We have had nothing but great experiences with all wait staff and food. I highly recommend!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. My sister, mom, and I went to Gurus because my mom has been enjoying their pancake breakfasts. The host, waiter, and self-identified assistant manager, seemed put out by our request to clean the dirty tablecloth of crumbs and pepper left by the previous guests. There were only two other tables w people in the restaurant, so not busy. He pulled the tablecloth off and turned it over - ok, the other side was clean. We ordered breakfast. When he brought my coffee he spilled it on the plate and apologized, then walked off. I got up to ask him for sugar and a clean spoon to stir my coffee. What is on the spoon, he asked. The spilled coffee, I had to explain that I wanted a clean spoon so my hands don’t get sticky. It’s coffee, he responded and refused to bring the sugar or a clean spoon. I couldn’t believe it. My mom, a frequent customer asked to speak to the manager. He said I’m the assistant manager and only person available. All 3 of us were in disbelief at this rude and unprofessional behavior! We left and won’t be returning. You’d think for a struggling restaurant, they can’t afford to have employees who treat their customers this terribly! Pic of terrible waiter included, Brett. Unbelievably Rude!

Guru’s Sports Bar & Grill has incredible views and great service. The food was good. We stopped by for lunch and would eat there again.
We like coming here for an easy, relaxing meal at the south end. Very casual, not overly noisy, and has a nice view of the desert outside. The layout includes plenty of screens with live sports broadcasts. The steaks are reasonably priced but overly salted. Going forward, I will stick with the sandwiches, wraps, or maybe try the prime rib next time. I'm looking forward to reviewing their breakfast at some point as well.

This is my first time dining after Guru’s purchased the restaurant and was amazed by the improvement. Brett was my server and he exceeded expectations with respect, courtesy, friendly conversation. He made me feel at home and the food was delicious! If you’re looking for a place to have lunch with great food and atmosphere, try Guru’s at Sun River????

We had a good meal that was priced well but the best part was the service. Brett took very good care of us! He was knowledgeable about the menu and his demeanor was so refreshing. We will be coming back. I was impressed enough that I have now posted my first review.

Our server Lexi was so sweet and made sure all our food was correct, we always had something to drink, just very attentive. Food, drinks and service all phenomenal!!! Cheers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Guru's at the Sun River Golf Course has excellent food, impeccable service, and live music and paint nights. Raul the manager is so friendly and has trained his servers to be the best. Best Burgers, Weekday specials, and the potato skins are incredible.

Great food! Great prices, and awesome portions. Just needed something different today, and was NOT disappointed with the Trailblazer Bison Burger. Go check this local place out!

Not too many Pubs in St. George where you can have a beer or a cocktail, good food, and watch a football game. But we found one! We went there mid-afternoon on a Sunday, and sat at the bar. We got good service even though the place eventually filled up. With regulars! The beer and spicy (it was!) bloody mary I had were both very good, and hubby liked her drinks as well. Food-wise, she enjoyed her trip through the salad bar, but was a little disappointed in the prime rib. From the looks of it, it would be better to order the larger cut, as it would be easier to get a medium rare steak, and maybe it would be a little more tender. But, I got the bison burger, medium cooked. It was really, really good! Must have been the marriage of the meat and the bbq sauce/mayo combo. Or the bacon and onions. Whatever it was, it worked! We will be back if we ever make it to St. George again.
