Delicious fresh buffet! Right off of I-15! Waitress was very friendly and provided an excellent service! All 5 stars!

Best buffet in town! Food is great! Service is amazing! They are very friendly! I love how the people put up bad reviews on buffets are the ones that go when they're about to close, of course the foods not gonna be fresh. Also the guy that complained he couldn't take their plates home made me laugh... lol When has any buffet allowed you to take what you don't eat home in take out boxes... NONE you should know that about buffets, and not leave a bad review because they didn't cater to your stupidity.

I’m shocked at how many good ratings this place has. Please read the low star reviews and that’s the reality. Waitress’ were nice but the food is seriously scary, I really was expecting to get sick. We were there a little past four and the time stamp on the sushi said 10:00 am…. Just absolutely everything was so sketchy.

The attentiveness and friendliness of the staff was apparent from walking in the door, get nice and conscientious people. However the food was not up to par. Everything I sampled with exception of the broiled, cut up, dark chicken meat In broth was deficient in some way. The Hot & sour soup was neither. The Sweet & sour chicken was so overcooked and dried out it was like biting into cracklin's. The sweet & sour sauce was good though. The green beans were tasty but cold. The flavor of the Orange Chicken was so intense it was like eating orange peels. I'm sure they can do better but I won't be back to find out. I was very dissatisfied for my $17.95 + tip.

I’ve been to many buffets in my life. Some great, some fairly decent, but never a bad one. This place was only a quarter mile away from the hotel my wife & I were staying at, so we figured we’d give it a try. I can confidently say that this is the WORST buffet we have ever been to. From a very limited menu, to the food being cold, to screaming children running around the restaurant unsupervised, this buffet needs to either be shut down, or have a lot of work done to it. My wife & I only ate about a plate and a half each, and we saw two other couples walk out. My wife ate a rancid mussel, spat it out, and threw up shortly after that. The staff was nice enough, but the kid also took over 20 minutes to give us our check. Then they also watch you at the register to see what you’re gonna leave as a tip. I left $2 because the kid was nice enough, but I also appreciate having ice in my cup of ICE water. The Broccoli Beef was probably the only saving grace of this place, but the walnut shrimp looked and tasted days old, and their chicken skewers were in a gross sauce, just sitting there. I love fried shrimp, but their’s was cold and not very crispy at all. The egg drop soup was okay, but it sort of tasted like heated up egg yolk, and it was also a darker color than other ones I’ve had. I’m not one to usually write bad reviews about a place, but this one was just that awful, if I could give it 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. Overall, we had a horrible experience, and we definitely won’t be coming back.

Me and my girl were craving some seafood so we decided to try this buffet. Firstly we went in there and my girl was so excited to try the sushi and other food. As we sat down with our plate everything was cold, EVERYTHING. The noodles have no taste and the food was actually disgusting. As we were paying our waiter kept asking for a tip and would not stop. We didn’t tip and left. My girls belly hurt so bad and we both got the worst diarrhea. I would 100% give this a zero rating. DO NOT EAT HERE. read the reviews because they talk about how the waiters beg for tips when all they do is give drinks. All the reviews also talk about the poor quality food.

Yesterday my family and I ate here for dinner, they didn’t have any food ready it was the same batch of food for a while and as we were leaving the waiter came outside to our car and asked us if we left a tip. We took it as disrespect and told him no and this is the reason why. I’m a eater and I only ate one plate and got sick afterwards. My girls had diarrhea and my hubby had stomach aches. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Oceans is better.

So about 8 years ago my family and I went to this restaurant and part of the buffet was cold it should have been warm. Because of that poor experience I had not been back until I went with my parents this last week. To my satisfaction, the food was all well heated and it was tasty as well. I also felt that the value for the cost was reasonable. I would return here and eat again now.

Love the nice atmosphere. Their orange chicken is top notch, , Great crumb battered fish fingers, great walnut shrimp. Has a fish and non fish sushi bar. Dinner has fresh cooked jumbo whole shrimp, crab, great butterfly crumb battered shrimp. $12 lunch $14 dinner as of 7-2022.

Now that the Garden Buffet is under new management and renamed the "Happy Buffet" we thought to try it out today. We should have walked around the food trays first, as we soon found out was terrible as to taste and prep. We went online first to see their online menu, which shows a lunch price of $10.99 with soda drinks for another $1.50. When we arrived the hand written price board showed a price of $11.99, then Later, when the bill arrived we found the drinks were $2 each. So $30 + tax to ride this rollercoaster. The Table we were sat at was "sticky", so we moved to another, this while another customer was seated across the room and complained of the same issue. Here's the "fun" part, the "food", what a disaster, pretty much everything was over cooked, dried out and cold, sushi was terrible, and tasted rancid, as did the fried fish in the "hot" section. overall selection was extremely poor, Ocean Buffet was much better as to food and prep, but Ocean's carpet looks like a dump truck parking area, and now Ocean Buffet looks to be closing down for good. Will we be back to the "Happy Buffet", Nope, not even if it was free. As I paid the bill, the cashier asked how the food tasted, I told her straight out it was terrible, so be forewarned and look for another place to eat.

Service was great. Food was fresh. Lunch on Saturday or Sunday (dinner prices all day) will run you just over 17.00 per person. Times are tough and ingredients are expensive so I'll leave you to decide if 17.00+tip is too much for lunch.

Order to go.. Started with the girl at the desk asking for a tip. I never tip for take out.The egg drop soup was tasteless and the wrong color. None of the meals came with white rice like other places. No soy sauce. And the prices have gone up considerably.

The food was good with a nice variety. Also a decent selection of California rolls. The place was very clean and the staff were good at cleaning. The one drawback was the price, $16 each plus drinks.

Had a great selection of fresh food and a lot of sushi freshly made. The staff was very friendly and gave you great service.
