Menu looked good—too bad we never got to try it. As we stepped up to order, the gentleman told us to find a table and he’d be right with us. Then a large group came in and he forgot all about us. Concerned we would now be behind 20+ people, I tried to get his attention. Ignored. I tried to get the attention of the server. Ignored. Then I noticed almost every table was still waiting for food—for who knows how long. It was clear we’d never get food if we stayed here. … we left. I recommend you learn from our mistake and go somewhere else in the first place.

The food is fantastic and prices are very reasonable. The tostadas are really good. Black beans are outstanding. We had carrot cake and key lime pie which were both delicious! I highly recommend this stop while in Kanab.

I know it's a cliche but the black beans here taste just like my mom's. I really enjoyed the pork plate as well. Veggie tostones were fresh. It was a nice surprise to find Cuban food this good in Kanab... stands up well to anything I've had in Tampa or Miami. The restaurant doesn't look like much from outside but it's clean and colorfully decorated inside. Service was quick and friendly.

It was great to see this small family owed cuban place. Service was great and food awesome!!! You must ask for a cuban coffee if you feel tired, that will wake you up instantly.

Can't say I've ever been to a Cuban style restaurant and boy have I been missing out! Seat yourself and order at the counter. The dude working the counter was very friendly and helpful. He's right, the Iron Beer (soft drink) really does taste like Dr. Pepper and vanilla.Parking: It's a shared lot with other businesses.
During a stay in Kenab we selected this spot due to its good reviews, however after visiting we cannot imagine how those reviews were earned. We did not have a good experience, hopefully others have a better one. Possibly an off night but we would never return to take the chance.

Everything we ordered was amazing! Pork bowl, tostadas, tostones, Cuban latte and key lime pie. Literally all was so good! Prices were great as well!
